The Guest House

The Guest House is a primitive cottage and resides on 400 acres outside of Barnesville, Georgia. Bunn Ranch is a working cattle and sheep farm. This space is a two story primitive cottage with primitive artwork and a claw foot tub. Sit in your choice of antique rockers that have been collected over the years. The floors and stairs were salvaged from an old home that was here on the farm. Surrounded by rolling hills and close to town, come enjoy some time for YOU! We will consider STR students.

Steel Magnolia Cottage

This is a small farmhouse built in 1895! Freshly updated decor and furniture, enjoy our charming little cottage in the country. There is 1 bedroom with a queen bed and en suite bathroom. The living area has a pull out sleeper sofa and sleeper loveseat and a blow up mattress on legs. The front hall has a twin and trundle bed. There is a second bathroom in the living area. A kitchenette with coffee pot, convection toaster oven, microwave, refrigerator and large dining table for meals or to work.

Cottage at Sanctuaire Atelier – cozy, nature escape

The Cottage at Sanctuaire Atelier is a romantic, European style retreat with an eclectic mix of antiques & boho accents. Nestled on 12 acres, you can cozy up by the indoor fireplace/outdoor firepit, stargaze, read in the patio rocking chairs, work comfortably in a peaceful oasis, or take nature walks. We specialize in unique experiences customized for your trip! Wine, desserts, charcuterie, photoshoot, dinner, wedding - please inquire about pricing. We also have another property onsite!
