The place is as described and photographed) The apartment has everything you need, in the full sense of the word. Separate love, then the balcony overlooking the inner well-maintained, cozy courtyard, morning coffee will provide the mood for the whole day. Friendly neighbors, you feel at home) Also a very big advantage is the willingness of a separate parking lot, which is attached to you for the duration of your stay. You can safely leave your car and walk. There is shelter. Very good location. 10 minutes walk to the sea. A pleasant surprise was that there are clean beaches nearby, when compared to Arcadia - set and land. You can rent bungalows, sun loungers, etc.Also nearby, within walking distance, there is a shop and a cafe where you can have breakfast. Nice communication with Jasmine and Lyudmila Stepanivna. Immediately before check-in, we received clear instructions and ideas on how to get to the residential complex, so there were no problems with where to find the residential complex and how to check in. 100% satisfied with the property, our choice during visits to Odessa)

Eldar is a great host, communication was amazing, no hidden details. His apartment was comfy, clean and is great for a group of friends/colleagues traveling together - we all had our own space to take rest. Definitely recommend this to everyone visiting Odesa ❤️

The apartment: Great summer apartment decorated with lovely taste, ideally located near one of the best beaches in Odessa and providing an excellent base for moving around Odessa (about mid-distance from the city center and Arcadia). Only downside was having a single toilet situated in the bathroom! As I was staying there with a group of friends, this proved sometimes to be inconvenient... The hosts: very professional, friendly and prompt to answer our needs. The whole stay went very well thanks to them. We could book a taxi through them at any time and benefit from the non tourist price, which is always good when you are often on the move. Overall, Kate & Vitaly were very friendly and very quick in addressing our needs. Conclusion: I highly recommend Kate & Vitaly for your stay in Odessa!

nice apartment, light and clean, convenient location, closed territory, there is a place to leave a car, near a supermarket and the sea. Great host, not intrusive but helpful with anything. We are very grateful and we will love to come again

Ivan is a wonderful host. It is clearly not easy to travel to or around Ukraine and present and he was responsive to all of our questions which went far beyond the usual questions one might have of a host! If you are looking for somewhere to stay near Odesa, whether as a break from the city or as an out of town base from which to commute, this is excellent.

Everything was at the top. The house corresponds to reality. There was not enough hair dryer and no music ban after 11. Host Igor is a very good person. We had a great stay, thank you so much

Great loft, very interesting design, great location - the center of Arcadia. Free parking, responsive host. Everything is great.

The apartment is great. Equipped with everything you need for long stays. Up to the sponges for dishes, garbage bags,detergents, etc. Furniture and carpets are in excellent condition. The kitchen is large and comfortable. The Rainbow Residential Massif is very lively and modern. In each courtyard there are playgrounds, a lot of small shops in almost every house. Several large supermarkets are also just a short walk away. The hosts are wonderful people. A warm welcome, a sweet compliment from the hostess is very pleasant. Always available, happy to explain which taxi service is better to call, where to go with children, which mobile operator to choose. If we are going to Odessa next year, of course we will stay at Maya's place!

Natalia is a perfect host and an interesting conversationalist. The place is decorated very cozy and tastefully, everything is new, clean. Natalia carefully took care of everything a guest might need during the trip and provided the kitchen and bathroom with everything they needed. The view from the window is great, the location is convenient. I will definitely come back to this place
