Really nice and cosy stay at Olga's beautiful house. Very responsive and attentive host. A true datcha with a lot of character and thoughtful details. Very quiet residential rustic location. Our favorite was a terrace which is nice and sunny in the morning and a perfect refreshing shelter in the afternoon when the heat is high. Super comfy beds and we slept really well every night. A wild beach is 12-15 min walk with kids, through a picturesque beachside hills covered with a gorgeous smell of wild Summer flowers and herbs. There is a shop within 5 min walk with all essentilals. Chernomorsk with busier life is 5-10 min drive. A sunrise over the sea is very special to watch! All highly recommended! Would certainly be happy to come back!

Roman is such a great host, I had a great experience staying in Carolina in his condo. Sunny or rainy weather, the home feel cozy from the first day. Will be back and would recommend this place to my friends for sure!

The house and outside are clean and tidy. Pleasant hosts, great location 5 minutes to the sea and 10 minutes to the shop. We hope to come back.

Great house with a plot very close to the sea. This is the second section from the sea, so it is really very close and convenient. The house is large, perfectly furnished, it has everything you need from multicookers and coffee makers to sun loungers. In the yard there is a grill, a table on the terrace, where it is pleasant to sit in the evening. You can hardly hear the neighbors, you can't see it, but it was noisy at night on Independence Day, on other days everything is quiet. The hosts are very kind people, helped with everything, allowed a very delicious grape that grows on the plot. The beach is wide and relatively sparsely populated as it is the outskirts of Carolino Bugaza. The continent is calm, mostly a family with kids. There is a nice restaurant and small shops at a 10 mins walk. Great place for a quiet family vacation!!!

A very cozy house, everything is very comfortable, + you have your patio, where there is always shade, swing, and a place to fry something on the grill. All photos correspond to reality. Recommended, we loved it! Very cozy and comfortable house + you have your own yard and place for your car. We enjoy our stay there!

We were met by a female Tatiana, who checked us into the apartment. I told everything, helped to sort out the stove for cooking, provided the wifi password, and gave the keys to the apartment. Sergey, constantly and quickly answered questions! The apartment is very nice, everything was clean, has everything you need, dishes, refrigerator. The view from the terrace is just something, I wanted to be there all the time! 10-15 minutes walk to the sea, next to a mini market where you can buy everything you need! Nice area of the residential complex! There is constant hot water, if with children, then there is a children's playground near the house on the territory of the residential complex! The disadvantage is the sink in the kitchen, it is so small and also in the corner, but it did not spoil our vacation at all! We are very satisfied with the apartment, we will love to come back again!

Eldar is a great host, communication was amazing, no hidden details. His apartment was comfy, clean and is great for a group of friends/colleagues traveling together - we all had our own space to take rest. Definitely recommend this to everyone visiting Odesa ❤️

An incredible place to relax! The apartment is designed in a stylish Greek style — every detail is thought out with love. The windows have a breathtaking view of the sea, and we were lucky enough to meet the dawn just from the terrace — an unforgettable moment. I especially liked the large bathtub — the perfect place to unwind after a day of walking. The comfortable bed, quiet and privacy created a feeling of complete peace. An ideal place to reboot 🧘

Perfect, very clean, very nice. View from wow window! There is a restaurant nearby with cool prices and a beach. We are very happy to come again!!!!

The apartment is beautiful, spacious and bright with a balcony. With a gorgeous sea view. The main beach clubs and disco of Ibiza and Itaka are 7-8 minutes by foot. Pavel is a very responsible owner, he sent detailed instructions with a photo of how to get there. It turned out to be possible to make a late check-out without additional payment. When needed, he quickly got in touch and gave good advice. I liked everything!

The location is very convenient to the sea, Arcadia and various entertainment. The territory of the complex is closed, there is a guarded parking. The apartment matches the photos. Recommended.

Maksym was a great host. The view of the Black Sea is amazing! The apartment is brand new, and is a 15 min walk from all the night life. We would come back again! The safe was a plus for passports.
