The Opera House, parks (Greek and Istanbul), Primorsky Boulevard, Teshchin Bridge, and the sea are also nearby. The location is perfect for exploring Odessa. In the morning, you can watch the sunrise right on the Potemkin Stairs, and then take a walk through the city in the early morning.

There are also bars and restaurants, shops, a shopping center, a grocery supermarket in the area.
