For colder days, we've equipped the house with a small fireplace and electric heaters. Our guests can enjoy the living room and spacious terrace with a beautiful view of the garden, pier, and river, while sipping coffee from a high-quality espresso machine. The fully equipped kitchen equipment allows you to prepare fresh meals yourself. We also provide stand-up paddleboards, which can be used to paddle out to Lake Zegrze. An additional attraction is the large Finnish sauna overlooking the water, perfect for relaxing your body and soul.

Welcome to our lovely Lake House 14 on the Zegrzyn Lagoon in Izbica! This is a phenomenal place for a comfortable rest for 4 people. Our atmospheric cottage, on the first line from the water, provides a spectacular view and experience every day. For our guests, there is a wooden terrace, deck chairs, a fire pit, a Mongolian grill, and a garden hot tub, but these are just some of the amenities that will make your stay at Lake House 14 more enjoyable. SUPs, a kayak, and catamaran are all within easy reach.

The cottage consists of a living room (fold-out sofa), a bedroom on the ground floor (double bed), a bedroom in the attic (3 single beds), a kitchenette and a bathroom. A beautiful cottage built at the main entrance to the Kampinos National Park, surrounded by dunes, forests, meadows and backwaters. From the cottage you can hear the beautiful singing of birds and the sounds of wild animals. There are no neighbors around the farm. Access via an asphalt road, a beautiful garden with places to rest and recreation is also illuminated at night. The cottage is part of a small farm with organically grown strawberries. We are happy to offer them in the season.
