The house is situated in a pine forest area with large plots. It is a quiet area where only the birds are heard since the paths are dead-end and only the people we live here pass by. It is ideal for spending a few days authentic resting. We are halfway from the village and the beach, about 3 km each, and very close to large supermarkets, restaurants, etc... Near the house there are walking paths and a large public pine forest with facilities for sports or picnics.

House with private pool, a garden with a Lebanese bed, hammocks, barbecue and lawn area. The house consists of 1 bedroom, bathroom, kitchen with American bar and sofa bed in the living room. It is located on the way to La Chanca about 450 meters from the beach (4-5 minutes walk). It is a quiet area, without noise and at the same time a few minutes from the restaurants, beach bars and a very good area of El Palmar beach. We have 2 free bicycles for guest use.

It is located on a plot shared with two other houses. Each of them has its own individual, fenced area with privacy. Only the access area is shared.

The house is not fenced, it is a natural place, with lots of vegetation!! You can enjoy a large garden if you fence it around!! That's why I don't accept pets!! It has spectacular views, you can see the entire Bay of Cádiz... and some great sunsets... with nothing in front of you, just the views of the sea... it is very close to the beaches of Conil and Palmar... The area is quite quiet to rest and disconnect from everything...
