Ένα ισόγειο διαμέρισμα μίας παραδοσιακής διώροφης κατοικίας. Διαθέτει δική του αυλή, με BBQ και ξυλοφουρνο, καθώς και υπέροχη θέα σε βουνό και θάλασσα. Διαθέτει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μέχρι και 5 άτομα. Ο εξωτερικός χώρος, η αυλή, το αίθριο και το μπάρμπεκιου μπορούν να απολαύσουν οι επισκέπτες του ισογείου. Οι μόνοι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι είναι το πάρκινγκ και το πλυντήριο στην αποθήκη. Το σπίτι απέχει 5' περπάτημα από την πλατεία του Κισσού και 15' από τις παραλίες του Πηλίου.

Πρόκειται για ένα φωτεινό studio, το οποίο βρίσκεται στον 1ο όροφο πολυκατοικίας στο κέντρο του Βόλου. Διαθέτει Wi-Fi, κλιματισμό, ψυγείο, τηλεόραση και κουζινάκι με όλα τα σκεύη κουζίνας. Ο χώρος είναι κατάλληλος τόσο για μεμονωμένους επισκέπτες όσο και για ζευγάρια. Απέχει μόλις 3’ λεπτά με τα πόδια από την παραλιακή οδό του Βόλου, 2’ λεπτά από την κεντρική αγορά (ΕΡΜΟΥ) και έχει εύκολο parking. Pelion country cottage at Kissos Village

Kissos is a small beautiful and picturesque village, surrounded by dense vegetation, which is located 52km from Volos through Portaria , at an altitude of 660m. You can also arrive to Kissos by cutting a road, through the new road that passes by the ski resort of Chania. There are many grocerys and restaurants around the village square (kissos), by car is about 1500m, and by pathway is about 350m from home There are many beautifull beaches at the footheels, and the nearest is about 6.5km

The house stands in the historic village of Portaria Pelion and it is about 500 m. from the central square. It's altitude is 630m., and has a spectacular view to Pagasitikos and the town of Volos. You can enjoy this view not only from the balcony but also inside the house. Furthermore the Ski Centre of Pelion is only 14km. far and the city of Volos 12km. Last but not least the beautiful beaches of Pelion are located in 31km. from Portaria.
