Very cozy house and surrounding space. Very quiet space for those who need to relax / get out of the routine. The visit of the sheep at the end of the day was the most anticipated moment of the day. The Host was always impeccable, and present when needed. A word of appreciation to the cleaning team with whom we had the privilege of meeting at the time of check-out, who were very warm and welcoming.

The accommodation is in a very accessible place, very easy to get to. It offers the intimacy and amenities needed for a good vacation. We enjoyed it very much, the ideal pool, and the possibility of sleeping with these temperatures that we have thanks to the air conditioning that José Luis's house has. You have everything you need for your stay. Exceptional cleanliness. In addition, Jose Luis as an unbeatable host, always attentive in case there was any need, which was not the case since we had everything in the house. We would definitely come back and we will also recommend it

Staying at Stephanie's place was a joy. We immediately felt right at home. Stephanie and Javier were quick to provide local recommendations, property was beautiful and the views were stunning! We had a great experience during our stay. A very quiet space (we only had the company of goats and sheep☺️), our dog walked freely and we followed Daniel's suggestion to go to the beautiful stream near the house. I must mention that Daniel was very friendly and helpful during our stay. In short, I highly recommend it for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. A place to return to ☺️

Small friendly studio just lacks a little clarity but otherwise the location is very good for visiting all the cities around and the best is this large pool that allows you to cool off in the evening because it is a region where it can be very hot. The house is a dream! It has everything you need! The surrounding land and the views are incredible... Not to mention that it has tradition and very attentive details! Waking up to the sound of birds and flocks of sheep is out of this world! The space outside is also very well maintained and is nice to be with family or friends!

Great accommodation in a quiet and pleasant area. The house is very welcoming, carefully decorated and equipped with everything it takes for a comfortable stay. On arrival the house was quite clean and organized. The terrace is perfect for relaxing, soaking up the sun and refreshing in the tank. Repeating, surely!

Monsaraz is such a charming hilltop village in the Alentejo region! Jose Luis' accommodations is in the heart of the village, on the main street and just below the castle! The accommodations are very spacious, with the living, dining and kitchen areas feeling very homey! The views of the castle and the valley below from the rear terrace are amazing! This is also a haven for cat lovers, as we had several feline friends hang out on the terrace! Just be mindful of not letting them inside! This is truly the best accommodations in Monsaraz!

Beautiful place on top of a hill. The house is basic, but has charm. The surrouudings are beautiful.

The house is wonderful and the outdoor space is also very pleasant. Everything we needed was available and we really felt a unique comfort. Andreia was always available and is undoubtedly a superhost! The house is also well located, being about 10m from Reguengos, where we have several services and 10m from Monsaraz to enjoy the most historic part and the river beach. We will definitely go back.

Very clean and well-equipped accommodation, special mention for local products available for purchase in the accommodation (wine and cheese). free street parking Francisco gave us all the info for our arrival. I would recommend it.

We were a family of six and had a wonderful stay. The house was immaculately, clean, very comfortable and had the extras that we all love which included coffee, wine, glasses, and a full kitchen. I would Highly recommend this Airbnb.

Nice cottage! Everything you need to stay there for a while. You can wash your clothes, cook a meal yourself. Everything is there to make it a great stay. We were also surprised with a bottle of wine and a pack of cookies. It is a good base to visit all sorts of things like Dark Sky reserve and Evora. Worth it!

Perfect relaxing accommodation for our Honeymoon break. Plenty of equipment incl fans and air con for the hot days.

The house is located on one of the access roads to Monsaraz, with the windows closed it was still not loud. Despite the extreme heat (up to 44°), it was pleasant inside, even without turning on the air conditioning. Everything was clean and well maintained. We only missed simple utensils such as shower gel, coffee filters and spices. Nevertheless recommended!

The house is old but you feel very comfortable in it. The renovated furniture is beautiful. The cleanliness is impeccable and the house is quite large. The patio has a very nice view of the church tower that lights up at night and is beautiful. We were able to enjoy it and the barbecue on a day when the weather was good, and the rest of the days, the fireplace, which is a delight and warms the house. The town is small but has a castle and several museums to visit that we really liked. Thanks to the host, Mercedes, for her attention and the touches she had with us, and to Loli, who was very kind.
