Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Zadar

es waren wunderbare Tage in der Unterkunft, der beheizte Pool war nicht nur für die Kids ein Hit :-) Alles war sehr sehr sauber, ausreichend Handtücher, Küche mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und mehr... Die Besitzerin wohnt auf dem Grundstück und war immer erreichbar. Wir wurden bisher noch nie so freundlich und zuvorkommend behandelt. Ob es das Begrüßungsessen, die Pfannkuchen zwischendurch, die Eier und Kartoffeln aus dem Garten, der Grillabend, die Kirschen, der Rotweinvorrat oder das Frühstück war. Alles unglaublich herzlich und freundlich. Das Haus selbst liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, man ist aber innerhalb von 5-8 Minuten mit Auto am Strand. Wir haben die Zeit viel zum Wandern genutzt und auch das war problemlos möglich. Bis zur Altstadt von Zadar war man ca. 20 Minuten mit den Auto unterwegs. Vielen Dank für den wunderbaren Urlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder. :-)

Die Kommunikation mit Dina war von Anfang bis zum Ende sehr gut und angenehm. Schnelle Antwort. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Ich kann Dina, ihren Mann und das wunderschöne Haus nur empfehlen. Ich würde das Haus sofort wieder für einen Urlaub buchen.

Snježana was geweldig als host! Ze reageerde snel via App, gaf tips voor activiteiten, ontving ons met open armen op een doordeweekse nacht om 01.00u en had zelfs een schaaltje met kaas en vlees in de koelkast gezet en wat te drinken. Gedurende de week heeft ze nog een aantal keer eten voor ons neergezet en ze verontschuldigde zich zelfs voor het matige weer in haar land. Erg lief en zorgzaam, een soort vakantiemoeder 😄 Het appartement is knus en schoon en heeft alle voorzieningen. De tuin en het terras zijn ruim en fijn ingericht. We konden er basketballen en buiten zitten eten. Om de hoek ligt ook een heerlijke Cevapi restaurantje. Al met al een dikke aanrader. Thanks! 💙

An Unforgettable Stay at Villa Dekorti ! We were a group of 6 friends who stayed at Villa Dekorti for 5 days. The accommodation exceeded our expectations and precisely matched the photos, if not even better. Everything was spotless, and there was nothing to fault. The villa boasted a stunning view of the sea and was just a few minutes' walk away, making it incredibly convenient. Two small shops and several restaurants were located nearby, easily accessible on foot. Lovre Ivkovic was an exceptionally kind and helpful individual. He promptly provided accurate responses to our questions and was quick to address any concerns. On our first day, he warmly welcomed us and offered a bunch of great suggestions for activities. Each day spent in this villa was a true delight, and we sincerely hope to have the opportunity to stay in one of your provided accommodations once again.

Die Unterkunft war wirklich sehr schön. Katharina war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Meer liegt zu Fuß 2 Minuten entfernt und befindet sich direkt neben einem tollen Restaurant. Insgesamt war es ein toller Urlaub. Vielen Dank!

Waren für 3 Tage für einen kurz Trip dort und es war relativ zentral und schön, Gastgeber sehr freundlich. Kann es nur empfehlen

Huset är perfekt för större sällskap som söker en lugn och behaglig plats att tillbringa sin semester på. Vi hade stora förhoppningar på boendet på förhand men blev trots det än mer positivt överraskad av platsen och alla bekvämligheter som fanns på plats. Bibinje är en mycket mysig by precis utanför Zadar, med bra restaurang utbud, bageri och mataffär. För den som vill bada i havet är det endast en kortare promenad. Kruno som värd får högsta betyg, ständigt hjälpsam och mycket trevlig. Han hjälpte oss med allt från transport till och från flygplatsen, tips om restauranger samt utflykter att genomföra. Summan av kardemumman är detta ett toppen boende med en toppen värd, hit skulle vi gärna komma igen! // Ingrid & Familj

We loved our stay at Ivana’s place. A very clean, spacious apartment with a balcony overlooking the sea and a private beach! A short drive to great restaurants and Paklenecia NP! Ivana was a great host, very kind and communicative. Highly recommend.

Le logement offre des prestations de haute qualité, il est super propre et au calme. Notre hôte a été très gentil, très réactif et a répondu à nos messages très rapidement. Le logement est situé à 10 minutes en voiture du centre-ville historique. Il y a un grand supermarché à proximité, accessible à pieds. L’endroit est parfait pour découvrir zadar/ pag/nin …

Everything was great, Dario is very nice and communicative. The place is located in a quiet area, few minutes walk to the beach and main bus station in Zadar. It looked just like on the pictures, very clean. I recommend!

Smjestaj je bio saaavrsen. Parking slobodan odmah ispred zgrade, Joanna i Ana su odmah odgovorile kad je trebalo. Dolazak jako jednostavan. Jako cist i prostran stan na sjajnoj lokaciji.

El apartamento es increible, la cocina estaba super bien equipada, es espacioso, el recibimiento inmejorable..!! Y Mirjana es realmente una amfitriona ideal. Repetiría sin dudarlo.

Thanks a lot to Boro. He was always available and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The area has several great restaurants nearby, where we enjoyed excellent meat dishes. There are also some beautiful beaches in the surroundings (mostly pebbled, as is typical in Croatia), which we visited almost every day.

The outdoor space is fantastic and a great place to use as a home base for your trip. We loved the pool and deck. The sea is less than 5 minutes down the road and an easy walk (including with a stroller) to a rocky beach that’s very swimmable. There are bars and restaurants as well as a grocery store and pharmacy within easy walking distance as well. Our group rented the whole house which is broken up into three two bedroom apartments and easily fit our group of 9, while still allowing for some privacy across the 3 families. We were able to park 3 cars without issue. Wifi works well as did appliances. The house is in a residential neighborhood so quiet times are enforced, particularly outdoor noise after 10pm. Ida and her family were responsive and the house was as advertised. Thanks for your hospitality!

Nastanitev je bila čista, prostorna in zasebna. Res smo si lahko odpočili po daljšem potovanju, saj je bila hiša v mirni soseski. Gospa Ivana je bila odzivna, prijazna in na voljo. Vse pohvale! 🫶

Wir mieten sehr viele Unterkünfte überall in Europa. Es war einer der schönsten, vor allem der Pool war mit 45 qm einer der größten. Immer wieder zu empfehlen. 🥰

Wauw, We loved staying at Blaz his place. The house and swimming pool are amazing but we were most impressed by Blaz as an host. He is making you feel comfortable and provides you with so many extras. We would love to come back!

Tolles Airbnb mit viel Platz, gemütlichen Betten und Couch sowie einem sehr schönen Pool. Wir durften sogar früher einchecken und später auschecken. Es war alles sehr unkompliziert.

Everything looked new. Excellent location with just a 10/15 minute walk into the old town. Just 2 minutes from the sea front. Small supermarket just 1 minute away, and a very large supermarket just 10 minutes. The accommodation was better than expected, and even had a hot tub that we were not expecting. I would recommend to anybody. Very spacious. Shaded outdoor patio, and heated pool.

The house was lovely and had all of the amenities you needed for a relaxing long weekend. Would highly recommend this property! Marta was incredibly helpful and her mum was a great help throughout our stay. Look forward to visiting Zadar soon m!
