With a capacity of 8 guests, the gîte is ideal for families, couples or lovers of motor racing (20 min from the 24-hour circuit) and equestrian competitions (7 min from the Boulerie Jump).

Welcome to La Poudrière, its location and assets will be a plus for your stay. It is quietly located in a cul-de-sac, you can enjoy a south-facing outdoor area and family atmosphere. In an elegant atmosphere, you will have two bedrooms with king size or twin beds, one bedroom with a 140 double bed, 1 bathroom and 2 toilets. A baby crib is available on request. You will have a garage to park a sedan up to 1.70 m high and a space in front of the house.

Street parking or a parking lot is easily available within 100 meters of the accommodation. There is a bus line that takes you to Le Mans. Independent entrance from our main access. This listing is equipped with a sofa bed, linens and towels are provided. You have a kitchenette at your disposal. June 24th weekend: 3 nights minimum booking

Our house is 5 minutes from highway exit no. 23. The floor has a private entrance. The accommodation consists of: 2 bedrooms with double bed (bed linen provided), shower room (towel, shower gel, shampoo provided), separate toilet and living room with sofa bed. Wi-Fi available.
