　　Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place, a 2-minute walk to Lake Kinrin, very convenient for sightseeing in Yufuin. A coffee artisan renovated an old house near Lake Kinrin and finished it as an airtight, highly heat-resistant house that is warm in winter and cool in summer. It is free of harmful substances, using natural wood and diatomaceous earth. We have installed a CO2 monitor and automatically ventilate the space. We are committed to providing a comfortable environment for a good night's sleep. 　　For bedding, we use high and low resilience mattresses and duvets, and we also provide electric blankets. Each room has heating and cooling air conditioning. Bedroom 1 has 2 single futons and bedroom 2 has 1 double futon. 　　Entrance, living room, kitchen and bathroom are for your exclusive use. 　　2-minute walk to Yufuin's Symbol Onsen Dunyu (mixed bathing) (10 am-8 pm, 300 yen/person). There are also family baths and separate men's and women's hot springs nearby. It is a 3-minute walk to Yunotate Highway, a 4-minute walk to Dakekono and Kinrin Lake Iriguchi bus stop, and a 20-minute walk to Yufuin Station. 　　Please enjoy the welcome coffee brewed by the professional (owner). There is also a coffee shop, where we teach roasting and hand-brewing methods. Please let me know if you are interested in the coffee shop. My house located on quiet residential area and able to enjoy huge Outdoor Hot spring. Max capacity is up to 12 ppl :) 12 people are able to take hot spring at once if they squeeze in hot spring! I recommend take hot spring 4 ~ 6 ppl at once :) It's better to enjoy Hot spring :) My house "Toki" is located on quiet residential area. If weather is sunny day, I often saw walking with dog, kids play around that area. You can enjoy slow life time in Yufuin :)

I am a Korean tourist who is new to traveling to Japan. The owner was very friendly and the inside of the house was very tidy, and it was very quiet and peaceful, so we had a good rest. The owner contacted us to provide a pick-up service in advance of arrival. I arrived before check-in, left my luggage, and arrived at the house after my schedule and let me use the hot springs on my own. I was so grateful to the owner that I could use these kindness and amenities at an affordable price. After checking out, the owner took me to the bus terminal by car. If I have the chance to visit Yufuin with my family and friends next time, I will definitely stay here. Thanks for a great trip. Thank you so much!🥲😆😄

The wooden house 🏠 is very lovely, tidy and comfy, everything you need is well placed. The host family is very kind and friendly, made free delicious breakfast every morning and delivered to my house, which makes me feel at home. The place is easy to find and access, it takes about 20mints by walk from Yufuin JR station/bus terminal, about 12mints to walk to the lake, about less than 10mints to the bus station by walk..,it’s very convenient. Thanks for everything, I really enjoyed the stay, will definitely come back! Highly recommended!!!

I was expecting it to be good because of the reviews, but I was more satisfied than I thought. First of all, it's super clean, spacious and pleasant. I could tell that you put a lot of care into it. The towels also smelled good and felt good. Coffee capsules are also provided, and there is nothing missing, such as all kinds of tableware, ovens, etc. The bathroom and bedroom are all clean, the hot water comes out well, and the water pressure is strong. I was able to use Netflix, so I thought it would be nice to buy something delicious and just hang out at the accommodation. The cypress-scented open-air bath was a very pleasant experience. I was worried about the rain, but fortunately, there was a roof. It was also right in front of Yong Station, so there was no reason not to go. It was a shame to leave after just one night. Next time I come to Yufuin, I want to stay for more than 2 nights. And... I left my necklace at the accommodation, and they said that they would send it by courier so quickly and kindly. I was really grateful. This place is a perfect place to stay that you can't see well in many ways. Do it when you can book it. Thanks to you, I'm leaving Yufuin with happy memories. I'll definitely visit again next time!
