Mami's place is great. Very spacious and comfortable. It has everything you need to have a pleasant stay. Even beach chairs in case you want to go to a nearby beach. Everything was impeccable and there were even courtesies in the refrigerator, which I think is a beautiful detail that not all hosts have.

Gaby’s place was great. The amenities were outstanding, the staff was nice, and Gaby was extremely responsive to all my questions. The place is about a 5-7 minute walk from the private beach which is breathtaking. La Amada has its own reserved spot on the beach which is great for swimming and lounging. The rooftop pool was one of my favorite spots to sit and swim. I would definitely recommend Gaby’s place and stay here again!

Bedding was clean, shower was clean, running hot water at all times. No smell in the bathroom. Pool was clean and beautiful and host was very friendly, called me once I landed and met me at the airbnb. Everything was walking distance. Main beach and all the restaurants. Did not run into any problems. Thank you for the great stay!

Really wonderful experience! We had a great time and wished we could stay longer. I loved reading my book on the patio listening to the palm trees sway in the breeze and watch the beautiful bright blue water in the background. Great location — central to everything in San Pedro. The golf cart rental that was facilitated through them was easy and smooth. It was perfect! Would happily come back.

Great spot within walking distance of a supermarket, numerous fantastic restaurants, the beach, and anything you need on vacation. Rooftop pool and patio was very nice as well. The place also had everything necessary for a splendid day at the beach (cooler, chairs, umbrella). Would definitely recommend and will most likely return for a future vacation.

Andres' place is beautiful. The view is really lovely. The location really could not be better. 38th Street (nearby) is our favorite for restaurants and the beach is very close and accessible. The 5th floor apartment is high enough that it was quiet at night. Andres was always helpful and responsive. We had a great time and would definitely stay again!

My mom and I really enjoyed the weekend we spent at Ricardo's house. It has a pool that is very nice, especially when you return from the beach. Direct beach access is a plus, the beach is beautiful and the sea looks like a large pool, very few people and very beautiful. Full of birds. The house is very comfortable. Great location. Close to everything. Close to everything.

Very spacious and comfortable beach house. It had everything we needed for kids and adults to have fun. In addition, the location on the beach is spectacular, beautiful beach and sunsets.

Beautiful, private home right on the beach! Walkable to downtown, convenience store, restaurants, etc. The ocean was perfect for swimming and the sandy bottom goes out far! Our pool was also very refreshing. Beach bags and pool towels were provided. The bedrooms are all very nice and large, all with their own well stocked bathrooms. All rooms in this home have great views of the ocean! The kitchen is also well stocked, with plenty of seating and open to the family room. We had several flight problems causing us to arrive a day late. Rene was so kind and offered to have complimentary yummy pizzas delivered to us! Both Rene and Sonia were very helpful with organizing transportation for us, and recommending places to go during our stay. I would highly recommend staying in this amazing home! Thank you again Rene and Sonia for your generosity, kindness, and making us want to come back and stay in your beautiful home!

The house is super comfortable, has its own beach, and is equipped with everything you need to have a very comfortable stay. 10 minutes from Progreso and 10 minutes from Isla Columpios, I recommend taking that tour. I would definitely go there again.

We were warmly welcomed and attended to at all times. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The view was exceptional at all times, and the beach was extraordinary. The area is very safe and peaceful. There’s a bus stop close to the house, with buses passing by frequently—public transportation is excellent. Also nearby is the dock that can take you to Isla Mujeres, another beautiful beach. There are also small markets and places to eat close to the house. I highly recommend this home and definitely plan to return.

Sylvia's home was just perfect for our sisters getaway. 3br/ 3bath and a great living area to gather. The decks overlooking the ocean were perfect for morning coffee and cocktails by pool (overlooking the ocean) were splendid. Local concierges and housekeepers Maribel and Jose couldn't be more responsive and helpful. It was a wonderful stay.

We had a great time, the place was awesome. Aside from the seaweed that is uncontrollable it was amazing snorkeling out in the bay. We are actually looking to invest in a place similar to this and this gave us a very good appreciation for the location. Definitely on the top of our list..

What can I say? Everything was perfect! Everything was as promised in the text and in the pictures. In addition, the safe and beautiful surroundings of Puerto Aventuras. Everywhere friendly people from different countries, delicious food in many restaurants, we loved it. As a host, Andres was perfect, all our questions were answered quickly. That's how we enjoyed our relaxing vacation in Mexico! We will be back.

We’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnbs, and this one was the best one yet—such a high value for a low price. Camille and Edir were phenomenal hosts; Edir especially met us in person a few times and was so amazing and gave above-and-beyond service. The apartment itself is incredibly beautiful, exactly as shown in the photos, but feels even more spacious than the photos. I was so impressed with the laundry service, daily housekeeping and beautiful pool right on the beach. This stay was an enormous value!!! Thank you Edir and Camille!!

Jim’s place was absolutely amazing! The snorkeling right off the ladder was incredible. The water was crystal clear and a blast to swim in. We had a great jumping off the wall into the deep clear blue water! We felt right at home as the place has EVERYTHING you need to relax, cook and enjoy a great vacation!

This is a beautiful apartment fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, and the location could not be better! Gorgeous view of the beach from the bedroom, 1 block from the town square and tons of incredible restaurants, and beautiful kitchen and bathroom. Also the rooftop pool is amazing! Yadira is a fantastic host! She was always quick to respond and answer all my questions. She gave great food recommendations, and was very flexible with extending my stay. This is a top notch Airbnb and I can’t wait to come back!
