Mi familia y yo quedamos muy satisfechos y contentos de la estancia, está muy bien ubicado, cuenta con instalaciones limpias, bonitas, en buenas condiciones. Es tranquilo, incluso nuestra estadía en la alberca fue un momento agradable, tranquilo y muy cómodo. Lo recomendamos ampliamente, pues desde el inicio la atención de la anfitriona Migdalia fue ¡excelente!, muy atenta, nos dio las indicaciones muy específicas e incluso hasta recomendaciones nos dio. ¡quedamos muy contentos!, ampliamente recomendado, yo que fui con mi suegra de tercera edad y nieto menor de edad, siempre fue seguro y cómodo estar ahí.

Above everything else, Angel is a excellent host who really communicates so well and cares about your time and experience you have at his home! The apartment is perfect for everything you need and location is close enough to most popular things in the hotel zone, even by walking through the former golf course as a short cut. Angel reached out to us to offer a solution beneficial to us both for the few days in-between two separate stays at his apartment with a discounted rate, which was really helpful! . Pasamos muy buena estancia!

We loved our stay here! We took the ADO into Playa and it was an easy walk to get here. You’re also close to the beach, ferry, and Quinta- all super walkable! The water jug came in clutch for refilling water bottles, and she provides beach towels for your use. Daniela also provides a parking space that was perfect for a sedan we rented- anything bigger might’ve been a little too tight for me but I’m not used to city driving/parking. The apartment itself is clean, quiet, comfy, and looks just like the photos in the listing. We would definitely stay here again!

Nos gustó demasiado el departamento, Es tal cual como se anuncia, muy cómodo y bastante práctico, cerca de muchos lugares para comer y fácil acceso a la playa, la alberca super agusto, pudimos disfrutar muchísimo la estancia

Es mi 3era vez alojandome en el departamento de César y sigue siendo una muy buena experiencia. César es muy amable y está pendiente de todo. El conjunto de apartamentos de encuentra a espaldas del Hotel El Conquistador, por lo que la ubicación es excelente y céntrica. El depa es muy cómodo y tiene todo lo necesario. Definitivamente una excelente recomendación de alojamiento.

Where do I start? I couldn’t imagine a better place to stay in Playa. Easily my favourite Airbnb I have stayed in and I will return! The hosts are beyond 10/10 amazing people. I felt extremely safe and comfortable throughout my stay as a solo woman and everything I needed was provided. The rooftop is also a bonus and perfect for a lazy afternoon or some yoga in the morning. The wifi is very fast and consistent - each apartment has a dedicated router for extra privacy and security which is part of my remote work requirements. I had no issues and I was on video calls most of the day. The whole house is literally SPOTLESS. It is clear they care very much about their home and want to ensure that all their guests are happy and enjoy their stay! The location is by far the best in playa imo. Close to the BEST beach and lots of cute restaurants and coffee shops in the quieter (and much more pleasant) area of 5th ave The super chedraui is also very close for groceries. Thank you again !

I can’t say enough good things about this place. The location is great. Very short walk to the beach and 5th Ave. Quiet and peaceful with a view of the trees. Many colorful birds to watch from the balcony. This is a penthouse unit with a rooftop area which was very large. We had a few unexpected and unavoidable maintenance issues but one text to Matt and the maintenance guys were there literally in minutes. The only negative I can think of is the stairs ( no elevator)which were poorly illuminated at night but that is a general building maintenance issue. The price was fair and the welcome snacks and drinks were very appreciated. Sylvia the maid was very nice and did a great job cleaning. I will definitely try to stay here again on our next trip to Playa.

Nos encantó nuestra estancia, tuvimos días de relajación frente al mar, con el sonido de las olas, la casa tiene una magnífica ubicación y la decoración con palmeras de coco la convierten en un paraíso realmente acogedor, realmente disfrutamos el lugar, ideal para descansar y disfrutar con la familia. Mis hijos se divirtieron mucho, disfrutaron de la piscina y de la playa. La anfitriona fue muy atenta y amable en todo momento. Muchas gracias!!!!!

La ubicación es muy accesible la casa está casi en la entrada del fraccionamiento y la ruta pasa en frente de este está muy cercas del puerto La recomiendo mucho la casa tiene las comodidades necesarias

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Merida is a beautiful city and this location was perfect for our needs. Raimundo was always quick to respond to our questions and helped us quickly with a mistake that we made using the safe. All in all, a great time in Merida.

recomiendo la casa, pues lo que más nos gustó es la seguridad que hay en el fraccionamiento, que el anfitrión estuvo desde un día antes, durante y después muy atento a nosotros y nuestras necesidades. la casa es confortable, cómoda, tiene todo lo necesario desde vasos, tazas y sartenes, hasta lavadora, plancha y estacionamiento. en conclusión volveríamos a estar con toda mi familia en el lugar.

Mariana’s place is a perfect accommodation for Bacalar. To be lagoon side and have a gorgeous property to enjoy is an experience my family will remember forever. The house was clean, orderly, and had all that we needed to enjoy cooking at home and enjoy our leisure time. I hope this magical spot stays just as wonderful and beautiful for our next visit. José AirBnB will not disappoint, it’s great for a medium/large size family. Walking distance to the Center of town and many restaurants. Highly recommend this AirBnB!

This place is simply in a league of its own. It's literally as if Mark wrote the book on AirBnb hosting. We asked him numerous times what course on hosting or interior design he has taken, but he insists this is just his labour of love. This place literally has everything a family could wish for. When walking in you are greeted by an entire hallway full of toys, beach and pool accessoires. Not only does he include a full on small library, but also spare batteries, some tools... you name it. Entering the main living room and kitchen, you'll notice these thoughtful little QR code stickers next to most appliances. That's right. This man has taken the effort to have user guides for literally everything in this house! Like, including rules to the board games upstairs! Who does that? I'll tell you who, Mark. This man is simply a blessing in the AirBnB community. What a freakin' unicorn. Do yourself and your family a favour and book yourselves a stay in this place.

Nice stay and cool place. Well equipped to work remotely. Even had an extra monitor and two desks which was a nice touch. Rooftop pool is nice as well. During my stay the power did go out a handful of times however. But from what I heard this is common in the area. A bit far from the main areas of playa, but a bicycle was provided which was also a bonus!

Excelente muy ordenado, limpio, con una decoración muy agradable, moderno y cómodo. Con las amenidades disponibles del complejo, transporte a las distintas areas, buenos restaurantes en el complejo, playa a 5 min en coche y muy agradable. Muy seguro, se requiere un QR para poder entrar al complejo. Una recepción en el edificio con personal que te ayuda y resuelve tus dudas.

We had a family vacation and we really liked the house and its facilities. Very clean, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need, comfortable beds, a hammock, a terrace for evening tea. There are many restaurants, shops nearby, just 5 minutes to the main pedestrian street of the city. We will definitely come back again.

We love staying on 38th, it is so quaint and so many options for dining and drinks. So close to the beach and 5th AVE. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. The pool and the view from the roof was worth every penny. It was very clean, unlike some of the rooftop pools where we have stayed before.

Muy lindo departamento, éramos 2 personas y estuvimos súper comodos! Todo ordenado y limpio, bien equipado para ir a la playa y para cocinar. Está a media cuadra de la avenida principal y es súper cerca de todo y de la playas! Lo único para recomendar mejorar es la presión del agua de la canilla de la cocina era muy débil y para lavar los platos dificultaba un poco, el resto excelente!

It was very comfortable, everyone was friendly and the pool was a great size for swimming! It was expensive for the location. The staff especially Juan was super helpful! The pool was ideal!
