Unwind in this one-of-a-kind and quiet space. Nice little cottage with big porch. There are 2 rooms, a kitchen and living room where the sofa bed is located. In addition, there are two beds in a smaller cabin next to it. Wood burning in the kitchen and fireplace in the living room. On the deck there is a gas kitchen and gas fridge. The cottage has no electricity, no drained water, outhouse is available. Boat is available to use. In the lake there are cans, pike, safe and tender. Lakes and ponds with processed fish stocks. Welcome to Ringvägen 11! The residence is located in central Ljusdal, about a 15 minute drive from Järvsö. You will stay close to cross-country skiing tracks, to cycling of various kinds and to alpine skiing . If you are more interested in culture, Ljusdal Municipality offers the municipality of Ljusdal on everything from modern street art to the World Heritage Site Hälsingegårdar and much more. The forest cottage

In the middle of the nature of Härjedalen stands this wonderful holiday home from 2017. Quietly located and yet plenty of activities nearby. Nearby you can, among other things, canoeing, swimming, hiking, mountain biking and much more. Or visit a museum, reindeer or husky farm, etc. You also have the chance to spot wildlife, which just runs through the garden. You will also have the opportunity to see the Northern Lights. Do the kids want their own place to sleep? In the garden, there is a sleeping stuga with 4 beds, only in summer!

Umgås med familjen och vänner i vår fantastisk stuga med stort utbud av aktiviteter i närheten. Vintertid finns det längd och alpint nära med Klövsjö, Åsarna, Storhogna, Vemdalen. Vid rätt förhållande finns det även spår precis bakom huset. Sommartid finns underbar vandring, vattenfall, sjöar, fiske, bad och bastu i Rätan. Eller prova motionsspåret precis bakom huset. Huset har en fullutrustad kök och mysig vardagsrum för avkopplande häng med familjen eller vänner. Höghastighet bredband finns.

Blåbär, hjorton, paddling, bad,fiska längåkningsskidor, slalombackar, vandring i berg/ längst leder, fotbollsplan, tennisplan. Sitt vid en härlig brasa framför sjön Ljusnan och tilllaga en god gryta eller grilla popcorn. Härligt med snön på vintern. Scenic and idyllic location in the forest clearing where you can hear Ljusnan drift further away. 5 Minutes walk to one of Swedens best trout fishing, a little further away, Rånden runs one of Swedens best grayling waters. To the ski resorts Vemdalen, Björnrike and Lofsdalen, it takes just over 30 minutes by car to go. The area is also popular for snowmobiling. Here you live close to nature with access to a wide range of outdoor activities all year round.

Outdoor, adventure, wellness in Sweden

This house is fun for the whole family. A spacious house in the Swedish style. Kitchen and bathroom were renovated in 2023. The sauna can of course also be used. Snowmobiles, ATV and boat can be rented separately. A campfire and grill are available. The large property offers plenty of space for discovery tours in the forest or the paths. For us, it is a wonderful place to find both peace and adventure. Of course, it is possible to see the Northern Lights!
