Wonderful cottage with a patio that has ocean views

We rent out our cottage, which is a real gem all year round. The location is perfect with a 5-10 minute walk to saltwater swimming and nice viewpoints. By car, you can get to Marstrand in 20 minutes and to Gothenburg in 35 minutes and we recommend having a car. The cottage is older and simple but has been partially renovated in the winter of 2025. It is located on a beautiful natural plot and has a sunroom with a balcony that has sea views. The house is suitable for families with children, friends and couples. Maximum 4 adults but more if they are children.

Guest house outside Gothenburg

Our guest house is located in the countryside and is incredibly peaceful and quiet with meadows and forests all around. Although we live in the countryside, it is only 15 minutes by car to Gothenburg and 5 minutes to Kungälv and Kongahälla Center. The guest house is 25 m2. There are two single beds and a sleeping loft with two beds. There is a toilet and shower. Kitchen with stove, fridge, freezer, coffee maker and tea maker. There is a private patio with chairs and tables. Dogs are most welcome. Cleaning is not included.

Perhaps you will take a morning walk together around Vimmersjön, a 4.5 km round in an idyllic rural setting. If you are interested in disc golf, this accommodation is ideal as the course is only 5 minutes away by car. During the month of December, the house is decorated for Christmas and is waiting to welcome you for a cozy winter stay during the Christmas season.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Overlooking fields and meadows, you can hear the birds chirping, the aspen leaves bending in the wind and it is not uncommon to see a moose moving forward. You can take a refreshing swim with a short walk to the sea. There are many hiking trails and lookout points. Hållsunga Skafferi - a farm shop within walking distance. Lycke Golf & Country Club - 15 minutes by car. Stall Tofta - horseback riding on Icelandic horse in scenic Äggdal. Marstrand and Carlsten Fortress.

My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!

Located a couple of minutes from the center and with good bus connections, while also having nature as a neighbor. We provide bedding on arrival and clean after each stay. Welcome to the homey cottage located in the middle of our smallholding. The landscape is rural and serene, yet Gothenburg is only twenty minutes away by bus from Eriksdal. While staying, you have the forest close, offering charming paths in a nature reserve, or longer hiking's along Bohusleden. Enjoy your breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening at the patio. However, take to heart the gentle neighs from horses, mischievous sheeps and our kids playing with the dog!
