Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Ypres

Location was convenient to the Metro. Parking was on the street, but not all that difficult to find a spot. The property has been updated and was an excellent place to stay, all very clean and comfortable. If we were to go back with the same size group, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Sophie’s apartment was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the area as it is close to a lot of restaurants and only about a 5 min walk to the metro (A line). It’s on the ground floor so no stairs or difficultly getting luggage into the apartment. I loved all the baby essentials she provided like the baby cot, high chair, baby bath and changing pad. Made us feel like we were right at home!

The apartment was very nicely decorated and large as shown in the photos. Really nice for the price. It's about 10-15 minutes to the beach. Walk. The village center, the promenade and the harbor are about a 20-25 minute walk. When parking in the neighborhood, you have to be careful, as parking spaces are also drawn in front of private garages.

The place was very clean and exactly as the pictures. We stayed here one night and check in was very easy.

Everything was very straightforward from booking to checkout. Modern studio with great views. Quiet despite the nearby construction site. Bright bed linens and newer kitchen linens would improve the overall impression.

Clean, bright and cosy loft apartment. Perfect for a weeks stay in Lille. Close to all of the city attractions. Host was communicative and would happily recommend to others visiting the city.

We had the most wonderful week at Frederiek’s place. We were there with our toddler and he loved the big garden and trampoline! The hosts also supplied a highchair and brilliant travel cot which was great and few car toys which got well used. We loved meeting Elmo the dog and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Thanks for your kind and considerate hospitality Frederiek!

We had a wonderful weekend in this beautiful home! The wellness area is like having your own private spa. The kids loved the swimming pool (which is great for kids) and the jacuzzi!! There are also beautiful gardens. Thank you and we hope to visit again!

We had a very nice time over a long weekend with several generations. Super nice house with a great garden. We had rain and sunshine and both are equally beautiful! If you like it cozy, just turn on the fireplace. The immediate area is great for beautiful walks. A mini supermarket is a 7-minute walk away, where there are really delicious chocolate croissants🤗. The house lacks nothing and is super cozy and perfectly divided. We'll be back!

We were super satisfied and pleasantly surprised by the accommodation and the friendly welcome from Kris. The apartment was very nicely and cozily furnished. Spacious and homey. AMAZING!! No other word to describe it! We had a fantastic stay at Annicki's place! She was very responsive and so helpful. The house was perfect! The pictures are great, but it is even better in person! The entire place is sparkly clean. The game room is fantastic, the beds are comfy, the kitchen is equipped with everything that you need. We would like to just move there! I highly recommend the stay - you won't be disappointed!

Our stay at Hugo's place was perfect! His flat is perfectly located, within walkable distance to lots to do in Lille, from La Grand Place, to Citadelle Vauban, la Deule, etc. The flat had all we needed of our stay, and Hugo even included 2 umbrella beds for our children. While very central to downtown Lille, the flat is in a quiet street, and the bedrooms are extremely quiet, which meant peaceful and restful nights. Finally, Hugo was extremely accommodating with check-in and check-out times, which was super helpful! I would highly recommend Hugo's place for anyone looking for a flat to visit Lille, be it solo, as a couple, or with children!

Very nice apartment, very quiet building, clean, easy to access, the parking space in the basement adds a big plus especially weather-wise and especially when you have a baby. I would recommned this property
