On the ground floor of a quiet and secure building, this 20 m² studio with mezzanine is practical, functional and has quality bedding. It is perfect for tourist weekends or business trips thanks to its office area.

It's a very quiet place, close to nature, in the middle of the "Monts des Flandres". Rest, hiking or sightseeing: everyone will find it's own. Near Belgium: Ypres (WW1 commemorations) at 30 min. The house is in the heart of nature: in the middle of a meadow, close to tall trees and a water point. A peaceful, relaxing place. An ideal base for hikes or to more touristic sites. You are within walking distance of all the supermarkets, Menengate and Flanders Fieldmuseum, and all the sights of the city center. Smooth connecting roads to Brussels and the Ferry Calais-Dover. Welcome to our 35 m2 studio. The studio is ideally located and is located opposite the Mons Sarts metro station (not even a 1-minute walk). Lille Flandres and Lille Europe train stations are two stations away. The city center is 10 minutes by metro. The studio is fully private and has private access via secure gate. The ceiling height is 2.10 m. If you come by car, there is free street parking.

The Grand Apartement Britannique

Our apartment is located on the 4th floor at the Central Market square of Ypres with a monumental view on the Cloth Hall, a 2 minutes walk to the Menin Gate and on walking distance from many restaurants and bars. More central than that, you cannot find. Many of our guests from all over the world where astonished by the spectacular view from the apartment. Elevator to the 4th.

A getaway near Lille

We have renovated this farmhouse and we are happy to provide our studio located on the floor of our house. We hope to offer you a cozy little cocoon. We will be happy to share our family life with our two children Suzanne 5 years old, Gustave 10 years old, our cat Georgette and our chickens.
