The flower garden(butterfly garden)of the cottage offers a lot of privacy and is located right under the corn mill ,t Lam. Come here relaxed with your sweetheart, away from the hustle and bustle, you will find peace and quiet here and you will wake up to the girls, blackbirds and sparrows.(sometimes Sunday of the church bells). Wonderful 6-person holiday home in the meadows and on the open water in the heart of the Frisian lakes. Not suitable for groups of young people. Our house is in a unique location, among the meadows and right on the open water. Here you have the holiday feeling right away! From the beautiful garden you have a wide view, you can sit in the sun on one of the two terraces on the water, swim in front of the door and from the private jetty (12 m) you can sail up the Frisian lakes.

It offers you the ideal base for hiking, biking, biking, boating or doing nothing. It is fully equipped. Also a terrace where you can relax. It is located in the comfortable, very centrally located, village of Woudsend. It is the honor stand for the water activities. Private boat possible.

Our cottage is located directly on the water and offers you the possibility to dock your boat at a 16 m long private jetty. Due to the south orientation of the property, the garden is in the sun all day long. The new, modern kitchen includes a dishwasher, coffee machine, gas stove, oven and microwave. Dear guests, unfortunately I was forced to increase the prices by 12% for 2026, as the government has increased the VAT from 9% to 21%. I hope you ALL come back anyway.

Directly on the water, you can step into your boat from the garden.
