It is an 8-minute drive from Ine no Funaya and a 25-minute drive from Amanohashidate, and a great location for sightseeing in Kyoto.There are also hot springs and beaches nearby. The building is old, but it was renovated five years ago. Western-style rooms, toilets, and baths on the first floor. Japanese-style rooms, kitchens, and dining rooms on the second floor. The stairs to the second floor are a little steep, so please be careful because it may be inconvenient for small children and the elderly. The bedroom is a Western-style room (1 double bed) and a Japanese-style room (2 Japanese futons), and can accommodate up to 3 people. It also has a kitchen and laundry so it's good for long-term stays. There is no supermarket, convenience store, or restaurant nearby. There is a long climb 15 minutes on foot from the nearest bus stop. It is a very inconvenient place without a car, so please come by private car or rental car. You can park your car in front of the house. * Free pick-up and drop-off at check-in and check-out. As it is a small car, it can accommodate up to 3 guests, and large luggage cannot be loaded, so if it cannot be loaded, we will arrange a taxi.

A building where you can stay while feeling the region

A property that had been vacant for about 3 years in the "Kami-Miyazu" area, which boasts countryside scenery and is about a 10-minute drive from the center of Miyazu, was renovated into a private rental accommodation. It is 10 minutes to the sea, 15 minutes to Amanohashidate, and 45 minutes to Ine no Funaya. It is not a particularly beautiful facility, but you can spend a relaxing time unique to the area. Basically, we don't serve food, but if you'd like, you can book a breakfast onigiri set at the nearby onigiri cafe, which is limited to our facility (for a fee) We can also introduce you to local people, BBQ, harvesting experiences, e-bike tours in the area, and more. Please check with me in advanced. BBQ is also available for rent as a set for ¥2,200. (Chairs, stove, charcoal, lighter, from preparation to cleaning up) Food is not included. Please bring your own. We do not allow BBQs outside of rentals. In the garage, in addition to BBQ, you can do bicycle and motorcycle maintenance without getting wet from the rain. You can store it in a locked building, so you can travel around Tango with peace of mind. Parking is available right behind the facility.

If you want to enjoy both sightseeing and accommodation, we recommend staying for 2 nights or more. You can enjoy the charm of this place more deeply by visiting Ine Funaya and Amanohashidate during the day and spending a quiet time at the inn at night. It is 30 minutes by car to Ine Funaya and Amanohashidate, and is convenient as a base for sightseeing.Within walking distance, there is the highly transparent "Kotohikihama Beach" and walking spots, so you can enjoy different ways of spending time depending on the season. Experience "living like a local" in a place a little away from the bustling tourist spots.

In the summer, experience the Blue Cave by sea kayak departing from nearby Honjo Beach. In the fall, you can enjoy the harvest of new rice and seasonal vegetables while feeling the autumn harvest.
