Our beautiful home is conveniently located in a highly thought after neighbourhood in Mid-town Toronto, close to Downtown. Guests will have completely separate unit to themselves with separate entrance. Easy access to both TTC bus 1 minute walk and Subway Lawrence/Yonge lines /1.4km/10min walk. Easy walking distance to great restaurants and coffee shops, upscale Pusateris gourmet grocery store and Shoppers Drugmart within 2min walk. Large parks and ravines nearby, family-friendly activities.

Welcome to the Toronto Beach. We are right next to the lake and have a HEATED private pool and spa that are both open year round. Explore local shops on the high street and swim, kayak (provided), volleyball, basketball and tennis courts right beside us. In winter, an outdoor ice rink (skates provided), cross-country ski trails, and lots of walking to be had. We decorate for the holidays, and the house has a real wood burning fireplace. **note quiet hours are 11:00 pm to 7:00AM

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place. Comfy couch (not a pull out bed) for 3rd guest to sleep. Children welcome in any quantity. No parties please as there is a family living upstairs. No piano playing or equivalent noise after 10pm. No indoor smoking but an ashtray is provided just outside of the entrance.
