Relaxing Neighborhood Retreat

We had a great stay at Iva and Kevin's. The house was extremely clean (but didn't smell like chemicals, which I'm really sensitive to) and had everything we needed for our 5-day stay. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and the house was easy to find. We were in town visiting family so we didn't do much cooking, but the kitchen seemed to have all the basics and then some. We really enjoyed the back screened porch; it was the perfect spot for coffee in the morning while we planned our day. We didn't have any problems to communicate, but when we did message Iva & Kevin they responded quickly. Overall it was an easy, comfortable stay for our family of four and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Rock Hill area.

Antoinette was great. I had a long day and an early flight and she was so pleasant to deal with and even turned the house A/C on for me!! The bed was comfy and honestly it felt like I was staying with a relative. If your looking for someone to stay with in the area Antoinette is the place you should go!!

Beautiful cottage with nicely updated kitchen and baths. Comfortable living area and beds. Desk in one bedroom was added plus for work when needed. Quiet neighborhood in a great location convenient to Hwy 321. Side deck and yard were great for sitting out with friends enjoying the evening. Large Amazon Firestick TV in the living area was perfect for our ladies movie night!
