Perfectly located in the city center. Well furnished and tastefully decorated. Comfortable with bathroom. Each bedroom has a bathroom. Good sound insulation for the city center. Not suitable for people with difficulty climbing stairs. Very good responsiveness from hosts. Great value for money. Recommended.

The accommodation is located in the center, ideal for visiting the city on foot. For people over 1m80, the bathroom is quite difficult to use. Quiet location, the pigeons wake us up in the morning early enough :). I recommend this property.

We had a very pleasant stay in this cozy, cute and very well located apartment in this beautifully restored historic neighborhood. The accommodation is well-equipped except that there was nothing to block the bedroom skylight. We enjoyed the quiet of the place in this very lively neighborhood. I would highly recommend it

What we enjoyed: Cyprien's responsiveness, the calm in this neighborhood and in the apartment, its brightness, its decor and its neat layout, the great comfort of the mattress, the warm side of the parquet and everything we forget to say. We also loved the charm of this small, steep and authentic town. Small improvement possible, especially for the summer, provide cotton sheets and pillowcases.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Catherine & Stéphane's! The place is welcoming, warm, and it immediately feels like home. The only small regret: it was too short… we would have stayed a few more days as we felt so good there😄. The accommodation is arranged in attic on the grounds of Marie Thérèse who lives nearby. it is bright, equipped with all modern comforts, and Thérèse is a very attentive host. We were a group of 12 friends in the beautiful house of Betrand and Claire. We loved the spaciousness of the rooms. We could sit together at the table inside and outside, nothing was missing in the kitchen, we felt very comfortable. We took advantage of the pool and were able to create a movie night thanks to the screen and projector. Betrand was very helpful

House in a very beautiful environment, the house is bathed in light, everything was even better than in the photos. We felt right at home with a desire to extend the stay. Excellent stay in a perfect cottage for 6 people. Large spaces, beautiful living room. All the necessary amenities for cooking. Beautiful night space. Nice outdoor space. We were lucky, we were able to eat outside. We visited the castle of Guédelon, St Fargeau and its farm, Saint Sauveur en Puisaye, the 7 locks of Rogny We would recommend this place.

Apartment located near the center of Troyes, ideal for visiting the city. Quiet, well-appointed and functional apartment. The beds are large and the bedding is very comfortable, from the mattress to the pillows. The host's welcome, although our arrival was late, was unparalleled and warm, thanks to him. Our experience was excellent and we will be back for sure.

Nothing to say about the place and communication with Cédric. It was very good. A stone's throw from the beautiful village, free and easy street parking. bakery, intermarché right next door. Too bad there was no baby crib in the accommodation (but it was correctly stipulated in the listing and Cédric immediately answered us when we asked him🙏)
