A great space in a fantastic location. The house is located an easy few minute walk from the beach. The WA coast is amazing and unique to Australia. Unlike many short term stays that take short cuts because they are close to the beach, Brooke's places is very clean, very well appointed and as described in the listing. It has a relaxed, beachy aesthetic and is well suited to solo, couple or small family travellers. All of the little extras - milk in the fridge, a loaf of fresh bread on the kitchen bench, beach towels - made for an enjoyable stay and were appreciated. It is located close to many of Perth's best offerings. There is bus running past the front door, but a car is a more suitable option in this location. Brooke was a quick and clear communicator. Easy to highly recommend.

What a gorgeous and cosy place! Walking distance to restaurants and shops in a gorgeous trendy and cosmopolitan area of Perth. Perfect place for a getaway. Quiet street and private. Immaculate and clean; everything has been thought of. Julie is a beautiful host and met us at the building as she was worried we wouldn’t have lights on for a late arrival. What a lovely above and beyond gesture. It was a pleasure meeting you Julie and would love to return.

We had a wonderful stay at Rose’s apartment! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully furnished with everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable, and we especially appreciated the little touches like extra towels, a well-stocked kitchen, and fast Wi-Fi. The location was perfect—quiet, safe, and close to local cafes, shops, and public transport. Rose was a fantastic host—responsive, kind, and respectful of our privacy while still making sure we felt welcome and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area, and we’d love to stay here again next time we’re in town.

An enjoyable stay. A very tidy, clean, spacious home in a quite neighbourhood. Everything we needed for a two day trip to Perth. An easy walk to good coffee and groceries. Jennifer was lovely when we saw her at checkin and check out. Highly recommend.

I love staying here - a fantastic location, very comfortable and clean studio equipped with everything you could possibly need, a delightful courtyard garden and Steve and Debbie are friendly and helpful, while also respecting privacy. Gold stars from me!

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. The place was super clean, especially the bathroom which was also big and spacious. Comfortable beds, and the kitchen was well equipped. Our hosts gave clear instructions, and were also friendly and responsive. Easy to find food in neighbourhood. Highly recommended!

Jayne is an exceptionally helpful host, readily contactable and happy to assist with questions/requests. The apartment itself is a very unusual conversion unit with huge living space and uniquely interesting features. We especially appreciated the goodies left - chocs and cheese - thanks! Perfectly sited to walk to all kinds of attractions - the shipwreck and maritime museums, Rottnest ferries, cafes and restaurants and the market. Would love to stay here again.

Lyn was a great host and very accommodating for our toddler. The place was very clean and well stocked. Very central location so plenty of things to do. Would definitely recommend staying here

The place was perfect! Clean, had everything we needed, ample bathrooms, comfortable mattresses, good location! 💯 recommended. The house was walking distance to a nearby cafe (coffee!) and IGA supermarket with halal options + a few Muslim friendly eateries. The yard area was also a great space for the kids to expend their energy. It was clean when we arrived which was much appreciated. Weather was chilly when we were there but the heating/aircon system worked well; we were comfortably warm in the house. Laundry area (a must w kids!) was okay. Had a very wonderful stay at Hideaway at Harry’s Lane. From pre booking, the host was very responsive to our enquiries. The house was spotless and comfortable, high chair, cot and children’s bowl & cup was provided and it was very useful. We had fun with the puzzles & games provided. The location was great too, it was near some cafes and supermarket and also pretty near drive to the city. The house was well maintained and towels & linens were clean and hotel-like quality. Melanie was very responsive when we had questions during our stay too. Everything exceeded our expectations, we would definitely stay here again when we are back. Thank you Linda & Melanie for the amazing stay!:)

Absolutely loved our stay at Paton House. Beautifully designed house with a wonderful cosy vibe. The location is perfect. Chanel was an outstanding host and was always so responsive. We are already planning for our next weekend getaway to Freo just so we can be back in Paton House.

Had the opportunity to spend two weeks at this lovely apartment while working in Perth recently. Plenty to see and do; ate out most nights at different nearby restaurants and took advantage of the nearby river loop everyday for a run with stunning scenery!

We really enjoyed staying at the Lyric Pad. The hosts made us feel very welcome and the unit is very clean , modern and comfy . The location was great and if needed , the railway is nearby. Central Maylands is nearby , so all your shopping needs are catered for , plus many different types of coffee shops and restaurants to choose from . The Lyric bar is nearby for evening entertainment . It’s a lovely place to stay .

This was our second time staying at this place. Despite the construction next door and the mild noise from the club opposite on the weekends, the location of this Airbnb was unbeatable. With only a 3-5 min walk to the beach, corner store, fish and chips, and gelato, it was just a great holiday for the whole family. Kitchen is well equipped and stocked and there were beach toys for the kids as well. Melissa was even kind enough to offer a cot and high chair, which we didn't need, for our kids before we had arrived. Thanks for the hospitality!

Bright, clean and airy. Jen’s place was a little oasis within walking distance to cafes, shops and Fremantle tourist sights. The cleanliness and well resourced apartment made the stay comfortable and was much appreciated. It would be particularly good for long term stays. Excellent communication, parking was a bonus. Definitely recommend.

Shey was proactive in giving us check in instructions and reminders were also sent the day before we checked out. Appreciate the clear instructions. Lovely sunset view greeted us when we checked in. We love her cosy apartment which was perfect for a small family. It is just a short drive away from the heart of Fremantle and also near the ferry terminals for those looking to travel to Rottnest Island. We appreciate the breakfast items provided too. Overall, it was a comfortable stay for us. Thanks Shey! :)

Quite possibly the most well-stocked airbnb I've ever stayed in. The place provided bread, spreads, instant noodles and even milk. Parking was easily accessible as well.
