The villa is perfect for two families, several generations, or even an adult group of people on an active vacation. The single-level villa has 4 bedrooms and two separate toilets.

Built in 1965, the house (3 rooms, kitchen, sauna, toilet) is located in the peaceful village of Kaukonen in Finnish Lapland. Kaukonen is home to the renowned Särestöniemi Art Museum.
