Brigitte was welcoming and caring, the accommodation is located in a privileged environment close to the sea and the GR, everything was clean upon arrival and Breton treats (butter biscuit and local cider) allowed a quality snack for adults and children. a very nice country house with all modern comforts: nothing is missing for a very nice stay and to relax. The environment is vast, green, flowery, enclosed which is very convenient with children. Change of scenery guaranteed! We are very satisfied with our stay at Denise's and will happily come back.

Lovely little place right on the water. Great location. Very clean and well equipped. If the weather had been better we would’ve just spent the days in the garden or on the beach. Lovely local restaurant 2 min walk away. Would definitely recommend for a quiet getaway. Stayed with my partner, 10 yr old son and my parents and we all thought it was great. Fascinating watching the tide come in and out. Walked around the beach to the marina when the tide was out and swam when it was in. Perfect 10/10

We had the pleasure of spending a weekend at Céline and Guillaume's. The house is very well designed, the bedrooms are large with two of them having a sea view, the kitchen is very well equipped (there is even a rice cooker), the garage allows you to park a vehicle without too much maneuvering. We immediately felt at home. Access to the sea is a real asset. The accommodation is very well located a few minutes from the shops, the nautical center and the hiking trail. We hope to be able to introduce this place to other people around us and over a longer period of time. Thanks again to our hosts.

Lilou's beautiful place was the perfect place to stay in Saint-Brieuc. It is a roomy, clean, quiet, place, beautifully furnished and well equipped. Lilou provides quality amenities. The location is great with the centre of town easily walkable and its central location makes day trips up and down the coast easy. The introduction to the apartment by Lilou's mother was friendly and informative as was all communications with both Lilou and Silvia.

Well located accommodation, with self check-in, in line with the descriptions and photos. Clean housing. The only small downside that does not concern the accommodation but the neighborhood, there are no garbage containers in the street, which can be a problem when you eat fish, shellfish or melon!! Because the loft's trash cans are on the ground floor and it smells like the stairwell.

Beautiful apartment very well located and a few meters from the large beach of Val André, with local shops nearby: bakery, caterer / butcher shop, Friday market and a small well-stocked Carrefour 150 m away. The apartment is located in a small house with private access by a small staircase, above a quiet restaurant. In the apartment, a distribution of star rooms with a beautiful living room and a large very nice and well-equipped terrace that adjoins the kitchen area. Sufficient and modern amenities for cooking. Well equipped and well decorated apartment, and it feels good. Linens not provided, so be sure to bring it or rent it in advance in the area. We had a good holiday there in a great setting. An inconvenience reported to Marjorie for the future.

Great stay. Martine is extremely welcoming. Listing as described and great location for exploring the whole area. Small yard for the kids to play + table and deckchairs. Perfectly suited for 4 people Recommended!

We had a pleasant stay at Nicolas's apartment. It is very well located, close to the beach and shops. A little set back from the road, the environment is quiet and peaceful. The interior is as described and perfectly clean. We recommend it!

We had a lovely weekend in this beautiful house, tastefully decorated. The equipment is very complete and modern, nothing is missing. The cleaning is impeccable. The accommodation is very bright, the kitchen is great with its island and its glass roof. The exterior is a real plus with its jacuzzi. The area is very quiet, no disturbance. We'll be happy to go back

We loved our stay at Victor’s place! Even better than on pictures. We absolutely recommend staying at the villa with family and friends. It’s the perfect place to create memories, spend quality time and disconnect. Fireworks, Padel court, bright and spacious living room, open kitchen, we loved it all! Calm neighbourhood, yet close to all the main cities to visit (saint Malo, Dinan, M’ont Saint Michel). Thank you for your hospitality and responsiveness, we’d love to come back!

Stay in a splendid place with sea views Flawless bedrooms and bathrooms The only small downside is the size of the dining table too small for 12 people: we had to use the oval garden table (so not practical to extend a rectangular table and suddenly it becomes very difficult to move around in the kitchen. Otherwise very nice living room with fireplace. Ping pong table in the garage is very useful. We had a great stay.

We had a lovely family stay at Olivier's house. Great spaces and a great outdoor area ideally equipped for children! All the local shops at the foot no need to take the car which is a very important asset! Address to keep in mind! Great for a family!
