Our group of 9 had a fantastic stay at Davit’s place! The house was exceptionally clean and comfortable, easily accommodating our large party. Davit was a wonderful host – very friendly, welcoming, and attentive to our needs. We loved using the clean sauna and large pool, and the grill was a great addition. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need, even for cooking for nine. Comfortable beds too! The house and yard is beautiful and clean. Highly recommended for larger groups looking for a great place with excellent amenities.

Kick back and relax in this modern, stylish space. Enjoy the incredible view from our open air balcony while you sip your coffee or a glass of wine 🌇 The big supermarket is right next to the building with anything you might need, the biggest mall in town with cinema theater is 10 minutes walk away. Enjoy a good movie on our big tv screen using our free Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts. The apartment is equipped with anything you might need to feel comfortable. The host is available 24/7

The apartment with amenities for couples,one person and for the family, is located 5/4 floor without elevator, in the very center of the Republic Square 100 meters, from the metro 50 meters, the apartment has everything for your stay, In the courtyard there is free parking that can not be booked in advance and there is not always a place, the time when the places are available is in the evening from 6 hours and in the morning to 8 hours, there is paid parking nearby.

Very bright and happy apartment in the center of Yerevan, right next to State University. Walking distance to almost anything in the center. Quiet yard with kids playground and football (soccer) court. Has everything needed for short or long-term stay, including csble and espresso machine.

Perfect value for money. Large apartment with a great view to Ararat. Very warm. The administration's quick response to requests. Grocery stores and pharmacies are just a short walk away. Relatively close (15-20 minutes walk) there is a large shopping center. To the center by taxi, if there are no traffic jams, 10 - 15 minutes.

The host is responsive, friendly. The pocket wifi is 10 out of 10, the local SIM card was not needed, the apartment is quiet and cozy. Convenient location of the apartment(be sure to visit): Yerevan City supermarket - 5 minutes on foot, Khinkali by Tumanyan 3 minutes, stand-up club Ari 10 minutes, central square 14 minutes, Cascade - 15 minutes, delicious barbecue in lavash - 1 minute (neighboring house, in the basement). The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, no one disturbed sleep, curtains in the bedroom do not let in light and a good bed. If you only heard about Armenian hospitality, but did not know how it is in fact - I recommend starting with Tigran, thank you very much.

The stay was great, the apartment is nice, big, everything is new and clean, as in the photos. The view is gorgeous, with an incredible sunset. The host was very responsive. We needed a crib for our two-year-old child, and he provided it immediately, as well as more towels. The only problem was that not all rooms have curtains, so we had to improvise with towels. The apartment is on the top floor of the building, which is very cool if you keep the windows open. There is only one air conditioner in the living room that reaches the entire apartment. And after midnight there was no more water in the apartment, due to maintenance work nearby. The building is also newly built with construction material still around. But we had a great stay, and the host also offered us a place in the garage, which was great. I really recommend it.
