Our stay was excellent. The location has a few rooms adjacent to each other, but they were perfectly private and we couldn’t hear other guests. Outside the window is a lush green space that leaves you feeling like you are out in nature. The hosts were very attentive and polite. Their art gallery is impressive and it was a joy to have been shown around. The location is perfect and close to the temple and many excellent restaurants. I would say this is the best place to stay and we already want to come and visit again. Also the showers have extra hot water, the kitchen has everything you need and the beds are comfortable.

I booked a newly listed accommodation and was initially hesitant, but upon arrival, I found the apartment to be clean, well-maintained, and the bed was very comfortable. The parent of Barbara gave us an overwhelmingly warm welcome and made us feel right at home. I highly recommend this place and don't regret my decision to stay here.

Отличное предложение за свои деньги. Отель находится в стороне от Еревана, при этом на такси можно добраться за 20-30 минут до центра города. На территории можно погулять, есть очень красивые розы, можно недолго погулять. Есть настольный тенис (три стола), почти всегда был хотя бы один свободен. Есть баскетбольный зал и бассейн под крышей. Есть спортзал, в котором можно заниматься, но, к сожалению, там нет нескольких базовых тренажеров, можно комбинировать то что есть, но сложно все-равно составить программу, беговые дорожки еле живы, а два элипсойда уже почти не функционируют. В конце мая открыли бассейн на улице. Довольно большой и приятный, но обогрев естественный, поэтому плавать довольно прохладно. Сейчас на улице или территории нет никакой еды, нужно готовить самим, но рядом с бассейном сейчас идет активная стройка и думаю, что в следующем году (в конце этого сезона) будут полноценное летнее кафе.

I loved staying at this apartment on Saryan. it is very conveniently located and right outside you can find many bars & restaurants & activities. the place was very cute & comfortable, the AC worked great & bed was comfortable. will definitely stay here again 🖤
