"Les Charmettes" T3 house (67 m2) on the ground floor, air-conditioned, 1 terrace, located at the bottom of our closed and secure property comprising our house, a large swimming pool and a pleasant garden. Electric roller shutters. Several parking spaces. Very quiet location, country setting, start of hiking trails. Beautiful panorama and sunshine. Close to Aix-Les-Bains, Bourget beach and lake 4 km away, ski resorts and Bauges Regional Park 30 minutes away. From Saturday to Saturday in summer.

We rent an appartement with one bedroom, a living room with kitchen and bathroom, in an old renovated farm in a charming small village overlooking the Lac de Bourget. It's very quiet here, the house is on a dead end street, yet you are close to major cities (Geneva, Lyon, Annecy, Chambery, Aix-les-Bains) and have plenty of outdoor sports opportunities : hiking, swimming, mountain-climbing , motorboat rental, canoeing, cycling. The next ski resorts are about one hour drive. We speak English

We offer a small, non-air-conditioned but cool apartment (on the lower level of our house) that has been recently renovated, with a kitchenette, a small living room, a private bathroom, and a nice wooden terrace with flowers. A 5-minute walk from the village and the ViaRhona, 5 minutes from the port of Virignin, 30 minutes from Chambéry and Aix-les-Bains, and 15 minutes from Lake Bourget. Pet lovers only 😊
