Each room is air-conditioned. The pool is completely for your private use It is 6 km from the center of Foça and is surrounded by nature. We offer boutique hotel comfort with 4 sun loungers, a large pavilion, swing and seating area in the outdoor area. Our detached villa with heated pool is designed for a peaceful holiday for 9 people in 5 rooms and 3 bathrooms. It has a 9×4 m heated 24-hour pool. It offers a pleasant holiday in a 540 m2 detached garden. It is 6.5 km from the center of Eskifoça. It has its own vehicle garage. There are 3 bathrooms. One of them is a large common double sink, the other two are private bathrooms belonging to the rooms. There are 4 air conditioners in our villa.
