Your Peaceful and Happy Home

The garden is extremely beautiful, suitable for barbecue and has a veranda where you can sit with a sea view. The view from the balcony upstairs is also beautiful and peaceful. There are two bedrooms upstairs; the fact that the beds were new was a big plus for us. Downstairs there is a living room with a fireplace, an open kitchen and a toilet. The house is generally designed in a very stylish and tasteful way. The air conditioning both upstairs and downstairs provided great comfort; despite the hot weather, we never got overwhelmed. The sea can be reached in a maximum of 10 minutes by car. Its proximity to Gelinkaya Beach, Mavi Beach, Çeşmealtı Beach and Urla center is also a great advantage. Everything that may be needed at home has been thought of, there is nothing missing – I can even say that there is more. We would like to stay in this beautiful summer house again as soon as possible. We would also like to thank Mr. Haluk and Ms. Yeşim. They helped us a lot in everything, and made our holiday even more enjoyable with their smiling faces and interest.

The house was clean and tidy. It was easy to get to. Everything that could be needed in the house was enough. We had a relaxing holiday as a family with 2 children.

Really PEACEFUL :) Mr. Ahmet was always available for all problems from the moment of booking to checkout. A welcoming host, the house was like our own home. All the services were available. It is an easy and pleasant place to reach Izmir and many centers due to its location. We had a nice, quiet holiday with my family, recommended.

This space is special in so many ways but what stands out the most is Mr. Aytuğ himself. He was extremely kind and helpful to us, making our stay as easy as possible and enjoyable. We made the mistake of not taking groceries and he happily took us to thr supermarket twice! I can't recommend this place enough: the views, the pool, the house itself and the host! Will be coming back 😊

At first, we were prejudiced because Mr. Secaattin lived on the ground floor of the house, but that was not the case, he and his wife are very sweet and helpful people, they also offered us wine, which was great, the neighborhood is worth the price, the only problem is that it is not a place where someone without a car can come.
