The accommodation is excellent, the apartment complies with what it says in the description, very clean, very spacious, and we loved the privacy and tranquility of the subdivision, Ana Paola was always attentive, we would definitely return. PS: air conditioning in the upstairs room would be excellent. 👌🏼

Everything seemed excellent, from the arrival, the place, the attention of the people who welcomed us, the proximity to everything we needed, only the detail that we were unlucky because the pumps to heat the pool burned just before our arrival, but the hosts were very aware and friendly to compensate for us made a return for the situation, so I recommend 100, we will definitely be back soon...

It's a very clean and comfortable place; I consider the quality and price if they correspond. It is close to social events venues. The best thing was the flexible check-in time, with accurate instructions provided by Imer. There was only one detail that on Saturday morning they took out a car that is parked and made a lot of noise.

We had a really nice weekend at Guillermo's house. He was always attentive to our questions and how we were doing; days before he contacted me to answer all my questions and make sure they were ready. The house has a very nice style, it is spacious and is in a super quiet area.

Rogelio is a good host, he is super clear and friendly. He was always available for any questions we had and was very helpful. The house is very nice, comfortable, and has the necessary amenities described. Mr. José and his wife were very kind and clearly explained everything to me and my family. Nalle was a great host, very friendly, understanding and in communication at all times, the only issue we had was the mosquitoes but it's normal at this time. 100% recommended and we definitely hope to return.

I would definitely come back to this apartment. It has 24-hour surveillance. There are enough spaces to rest in the common areas and pool. The pool is deep enough for adults to swim, as well as dive. A splash pad for kids to have fun. Independent parking without the need to move cars to enter or exit. The apartment is very clean, tidy and furnished with everything you need either to spend time with friends or family or simply to spend a few free days away from the routine of the city. Air conditioning in the main area so you forget the heat and rest, without leaving behind its huge TV with platforms available to watch movies and have a great time. Both bedrooms have a closet and a fan for sleeping cool. All windows have mosquito nets to keep insects out. Apartment located on the top floor, so you forget about the noise from the neighbors. A great place!

Nice place and great host

The host is very attentive, the place is very cozy, it is better than the photos, the kitchen is well equipped, the bathrooms are clean and with everything you need, very comfortable and close access to the pool, everything is fine, thank you very much ☺️
