The boathouse is very tastefully decorated, and is beautifully located right by the quay. Good communication makes it easy to get to/from Stavanger and attractions in the region. Naustet has two jetties and a small boat, as well as great hiking, swimming and fishing opportunities. It is southwest facing which means many nice sunsets. We are in the process of developing a cozy and charming little place with a brewery, cafe and shop. You can order fresh produce for breakfast, lunch and dinner - everything that is served and sold is made on the island.

Charming house by the sea on historic Utstein

The Persa house is beautifully located down by Klostervågen on Utstein Gard. The garden encircles Utstein Monastery and makes up the majority of Klosterøy. Utstein is a protected cultural environment and has particular national value with the cultural, landscape and agricultural elements that give the area its distinctive character. At Utstein, there are animals in the hinterland and cultural pasture all year round and limited access to transport. The hiking opportunities are many, short distance to the Pulpit rock and Kjerag.

Playground in the neighborhood and trampoline in the garden. Two bedrooms - one with a double bed and one with a 1.20 bed. Sokn is an island connected to the Mainland with underwater tunnel. Welcome to Fjellro! Here you can get an overnight stay in the scenic area of Dirdal with an unforgettable view. With only a few meters to the fjord, an almost has the experience of sleeping in the water. All amenities are available either in the tiny house or in the basement of the shop Dirdalstraen Gardsutsalg nearby. The farm shop was voted Norway's best farm shop in 2023 and is a small attraction in itself. Right next to it you will find a sauna that can be booked with an equally good view.

Great little summer cottage with enclosed conservatory, closest to the edge of the sea at Sokn Camping. Lovely view of the fjord, 180 degrees. The cabin was finished building in 2022. There is a large jumping pillow,soccer field,volleyball court,playground,kiosk and restaurant with all rights. Only a short drive of 15 -20 min into stavanger and 50 min to Kongeparken. 55 minutes to Pulpit Rock parking. Guests can rent a canoe and kayak at the campsite. The campsite's quiet time:23-07

Naustet is brand new and part of the lake house environment towards Soknasundet. There is a dock with fishing opportunity. Buildings and furniture are made by the renowned architect Espen Surnevik. If you come by boat there is plenty of room for the boat at the pier. Naustet is part of Sokn Gard (see fb) which has many animals you can visit, and the garden has a 5 km hiking trail.
