The country house is a very quiet place to rest, hold family reunions, visit the Yautepec carnival, near Tepoztlàn or Oaxtepec (20 min). The atmosphere is completely private, in a very quiet area. The house has a large garden to enjoy a good weekend in the company of family. My place is great for couples, families (with children), and groups of up to 20 people including children. The Airbnb health protocol is also followed.

Enjoy a weekend at Hacienda Viveros de Cocoyoc, in this exclusive 4-bedroom rest house with a private pool and 2 hours of complimentary boiler use in one of the most luxurious residential areas in the area. *December, January and February is required minimum 4hrs of boiler to heat the Alberca * From May to November, sugarcane is burned in the area, so it is normal to find ash on the property.
