This home boasts one of the best locations in town. 10 min walk to festival grounds entrance. 30 second walk to the river trail. 5 min walk to gondola/slopes or downtown. Our condo is in a great location in Telluride. Ski lifts are just across the river. The town shuttle stops out front and we are on the river trail connecting to downtown, hiking and biking trails and the beautiful valley floor. Grocery store, liquor store, and our favorite Thai restaurant are just a minute's walk. There are hot tubs and a sauna to relax in after playing in the mountains. Our condo is equipped with all the comforts of home. These condos have beautiful park like open space.

Our contemporary cabin is located 10 minutes (6 miles) from the town of Telluride. We are 2.7 miles form the Town of Mountain Village Gondola parking structure. The Gondola is a fun, free ride to town.
