Monthly Rentals in Yangcheon District

Really appreciated the host. She was very responsive and accommodating. The place is large enough to comfortably accommodate four adults and definitely a family with children. The apartment is also located less than a 5 min walk off one of the express subway stops that makes it very convenient to go into the city since it’s away from the main city center—it is however conveniently located close to the airports if you are considering additional travel while staying in Korea. While there are a lot of eateries and chain cafes along this subway stop they are mostly mediocre. You’d have to travel to Hongdae or the Hapjeong area for better eateries. It is one subway stop or an easy 15 to 20 min walk from a non-chain bakery called Patisserie Sona that in my opinion has an amazing egg tart and other tasty baked goods.

The interior was spacious, so it was enough for 4 people to sleep, and there were a lot of air conditioners and fans, so it was so cool and enjoyable! 💙 Netflix was available, and the service level, including the location, was perfect. I think it's the best accommodation for 4-5 people to enjoy again and it's a great value! If I have to come to Seoul, I'll keep booking here. 🤗

It was close to the station and was good overall!! There is some car noise. ;( But it got a little better when I closed the window. ~

I had a great stay at Sunny's accommodation, I recommend it.
