A two room studio suited for couples and a seperate larger studio for families (under 3 are free in off season) they will love the space. It’s only a 2 hr drive. Close to all attractions; jetty, golf course, breweries and wineries of course. All takeaways are minutes away from the farm door. It offers you the best of both worlds. Unit is on the ground floor of our home and is strictly 2 guests only. NO CHILDREN Private entrance at the front of the unit. Parking is at the rear of the unit. We live upstairs and do respect your privacy but we are available if need. We do ask you to respect the guests in our other unit and our neighbours and keep noise down at night. Please respect our apartment and the condition you find it in. : NO CHILDREN : NO PETS : NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY : DEFINITELY NO LEAVERS
