Backyard is expansive, surrounded by trees, and has dual paths (one wheelchair accessible) to the beach. It even includes outdoor seating, a portable fire pit and hammock! The Crestview golf club is 1 minute away and there’s a playground and disc golf course within a 5 minute walk.

Enjoy the tranquil view of the Pacific Ocean from the comfort of the living room or while relaxing on the oceanside deck, with prevailing ocean winds mitigated by a sheltering grove of spruce trees.

Quiet Water Cabin

Stay in our peaceful cabin, nestled in the forest along the Yachats River. A short 5-10 minute walk will take you to both the beach and downtown Yachats. This special cabin in the Quiet Water community earned an award of merit in Sunset Magazine in 1985! ** Pool and hot tub are only available mid June through Labor Day weekend. Otherwise closed for the winter. **

We love our home, and we know you will too. Seagrass is a perfect place to relax and unwind on a quick getaway or an extended stay. Bring your furry friends, DOGS only- no cats -(up to two), with our approval and a fee of $25 per pooch. Please note that in order to keep our house friendly to non-pet owners alike, we do not allow dogs on furniture.
