This place was a life saver! Came to Oregon and needed a place to stay after the place I was planning to stay didn't work out. Leslie was quick to response and was able to ready the place ready for me promptly. Very peaceful and relaxing place. Love the guide book with all the recommendations! Weather was great, lots to do at house, room for whole family, plenty of parking. The only draw back was no direct access to beach and walking along 101 hazardous. View was beautiful . Beach in front of house just rocks no sand. We did see whales and sea otters. Neighbors dogs very noisy, but would go back in a heart beat. Close to Yachats.

I can’t say enough good things about this beach house — it was everything we were hoping for and more. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the sound of waves and an incredible view of the ocean that immediately made us feel relaxed and at peace. The house itself is warm, charming, and thoughtfully designed. It’s not overly large, but it has everything you need — a comfortable living area with lots of seating, a well stocked kitchen, and super comfy beds. Every little detail, from the coastal decor to the soft blankets and well-placed lighting, made it feel like a peaceful retreat. The real highlight, though, is the view. Whether we were sipping coffee on the deck in the morning or watching the sunset from the hot tub, the ocean was always in sight — and absolutely breathtaking. If you're needing a "pick me up" - THIS is your place. The fresh ocean air will transform you. We are so excited to plan our next return trip to mid mid beach house! Highly recommend!

This place was super cute with lots of amenities. I found the bed to be very comfortable compared to many of my other traveling experiences. We loved the hot tub and fire pit. We didn’t use the sauna but it looked very nice. Great use of the indoor and outdoor space. I was so happy that I could hear the ocean with the windows open. It was pretty obvious to me why this awesome space is frequently not available!

We had such a great stay! Liz was very friendly and accommodating, if I needed anything I’m sure she would have responded timely. Luckily though, we didn’t need to contact her while we were there. I really appreciated the clear instructions on how to use the amenities and the short walk to the beach was great! Our family really enjoyed the house. Will definitely be back. ☺️

This is great place to stay if you are visiting Pacific City. Highly recommend! It’s a 5min walk to the beach, Pelican Pub & Brewery, coffee shop, grocery store and other restaurants. 2 min drive to other stores or restaurants around the area. The house is very clean. The beds are very comfortable. The hot tub was great! Very quiet and peaceful place. Communication with Carol was also very quick. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Christine’s place was just what I’d hoped for and more. Quiet, peaceful setting with great outdoor spaces. The back deck was wonderful and, even though we didn’t build a fire, there was a great fire pit with chairs around. Comfortable beds and the inside space was like home.
