Really nice cozy place, much nicer outside than in the picture. The owner is very friendly and responsive. Highly recommended! I will come back next time I visit Hanoi.

Perfect location, place was great value, host responded to any communication. The stairs/ladder to mezzanine bed could be tricky for someone with reduced mobility or who had too much to drink. It was no issue for me and it is fairly clear in pics. Would stay again.

Overall, I was very satisfied. The host also responded immediately to our request to extend our stay for one night, and we stayed without any inconvenience. The host is really kind.

The actual situation is basically the same as the photos. It's a 15-minute walk from Hoan Kiem Lake. There are two coffee shops in the neighborhood, perfect for slow living.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect — close to everything we needed yet peaceful at night. Our host was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the stay, even assisting us with small requests like providing tape for a broken suitcase. It made us feel very well taken care of. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hanoi. Thank you for a great experience!

lovely appartment & not as noisy as expected!

I had a great stay at this place! The location is excellent — very convenient and close to many popular tourist spots, which made getting around really easy. The apartment was clean and looked exactly as described in the listing, which I really appreciated. A couple of things to note: the TV had some issues staying connected to the internet, which made it hard to use YouTube, and the blankets in each room were quite thin — they felt more like bed sheets than actual blankets. It would be great if thicker blankets were provided for more comfort. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would still recommend this place for anyone looking to explore the area!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks at La’s apartment. It was clean and close to everything. It was also quiet which was great!Very comfy bed and pillows. There is a grocery store right across the street. La was very attentive and proactive in helping us. Would stay here again!

We had a great one-night stay in this spacious and comfortable apartment right in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter. The place was clean, had strong A/C, and was just a short walk from Hoan Kiem Lake with plenty to see and do nearby, restaurants, cafes, night markets, and historic spots. The host was very responsive and helpful, and even greeted us in person at check-in, which made us feel very welcome. Perfect spot for a short or long vacation in Hanoi. Highly recommend!

Linh's place is cozy and conveniently located with many great places to visit or eat around. The host is super responsive and helpful during my stay. I would definitely stay at her place next time in town.

Thắng and Linh are great hosts. They are very welcoming and responsive. They messaged us at our estimated arrival time to make sure that we were able to enter the home without trouble, and checked that evening to make sure that everything was going well. Their house information was clear, and they were very responsive when I had a question. The neighborhood is on a busy urban street, but the home is tucked into a small walking alleyway, so is relatively quiet for a big city. The home was clean and pleasant with ample air conditioning and good-working washer/dryer and other appliances. There are several markets and coffee shops within 1-3 blocks, and the location is an inexpensive car ride from the Old Quarter. Thanks, Thắng and Linh, i would definitely stay here again!

It felt just like home:comfortable, clean, and truly wonderful. Hong was always proactive and communicated with kindness, going out of their way to accommodate us. The neighborhood was incredibly safe, and with a lake right in front of the property, evening strolls were delightful. This is definitely a place we’d love to stay at again! It was my first time visit in Hanoi and the airbnb was amazing. Location near the train street it was easy to walk and find beautiful spots. The airbnb had all the amenities available and even some free snacks. Totally loved the place

I had pleasure of staying at this lovely apartment. The place is clean. It had a cozy and warm atmosphere. The furniture was comfortable, and the living room was huge, as we had 3 kids with us and they have enough space for playing. There was also a kids playground on the ground floor. The building was safe, as there are security guard even druing the night. We had no trouble getting to the place at 2AM when we checked in. Ha was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had.

Helen was an amazing host: warm, responsive, and always ready to help with great local tips. Me and my Highschool friends truly felt welcomed and taken care of.
