The property is wonderful. Very spacious, clean and well preserved. True to the pictures. It has everything you could need. Its located within a private cluster and its super safe, clean and family oriented. We went with our two dogs and baby and had a great time. We would love to return. People were friendly and had a fantastic time overall. My only comment would be we didn’t know there is a nearby area where they do sugar cane burning, and the ashes resulting from the burn can cover the area of the property. on our first day the ashes really covered everything. We couldn’t go outside, specially because we had a small baby. Francisco was super helpful and sent someone to clean the balcony, outdoor jacuzzi and terrace the next day. Cleaning crew cleaned the public pool the next day but the grass still had ashes (they are hard to clean). This only affected us for half a day though and as the host went out of his way to help - so our stay was extremely positive. Thank you so much julio!

Our stay was short and we could not use all the amenities that the apartment has but we would definitely come back.

The apartment is very nice, inside a private one. There's air conditioning in every bedroom and in the living room. The kitchen is very spacious and has a nice balcony. The apartment was super clean and the hosts were super friendly and flexible all the time. I highly recommend it!

Everything was great, they were in contact with me and even recommended places to have breakfast, the stay was short but pleasant, I would have liked to have stayed more days.

I chose the accommodation because of the proximity to an event, we used it to sleep, the beds are very comfortable and the air conditioning in all the bedrooms is super comfortable. We would have loved to find some coffee to make in the morning, we didn't bring anything. Isabel was very kind, she was very helpful in making the last-minute reservation.

The apartment is incredible, the subdivision has everything you need to have a good time, Diego is super attentive as always. We love it because you really feel at home. Diego has all the details so that you don't miss anything, inflatable balls, water guns, games, lounge chairs, everything super organized, cared for and clean. We have already returned and will certainly continue to do so.

Cristian is an excellent host, always available for messages, the accommodation is very conveniently located, it is just as in the photos, the amenities are excellent.

Hector was very attentive in detail from the moment we arrived until we left. The place was very clean, very nice, and very safe. We will definitely return again.

I would definitely come back to this apartment. It has 24-hour surveillance. There are enough spaces to rest in the common areas and pool. The pool is deep enough for adults to swim, as well as dive. A splash pad for kids to have fun. Independent parking without the need to move cars to enter or exit. The apartment is very clean, tidy and furnished with everything you need either to spend time with friends or family or simply to spend a few free days away from the routine of the city. Air conditioning in the main area so you forget the heat and rest, without leaving behind its huge TV with platforms available to watch movies and have a great time. Both bedrooms have a closet and a fan for sleeping cool. All windows have mosquito nets to keep insects out. Apartment located on the top floor, so you forget about the noise from the neighbors. A great place!

I stayed this weekend with friends and the experience was excellent. The house is located in a very quiet residential area, which allowed us to rest and fully enjoy our stay, the jacuzzi and the pool 10/10. Everything was clean, comfortable and as shown in the pictures. It was definitely the best option for our trip and I highly recommend it. I hope to be back soon! ✨

We decided to celebrate Teacher's Day in Cuernavaca and this apartment was definitely the best choice. We liked it a lot, we would definitely like to come back. Thank you for everything!!

Highly recommended accommodation, very nice apartment, very well equipped and with a good location, very quiet and with enough space for guests, I really want to go back! the 5-star host was always attentive and very kind, the price is quite good, the armchairs and chairs are very comfortable, the beds are super clean!
