Vacation rentals with breakfast in Xochitepec

The place is very cozy, we were lucky that it will touch the place for us alone and a second night we shared common areas and both nights were very pleasant, quiet to rest. the pool with good temperature, clean and several levels of depth. Just a little careless in cleaning the part of the grill, it is understood that it is outdoors but I think it can improve the cleanliness. Will definitely be back

The place matches the photos, the check-in instructions are very simple, the area is very safe, each apartment was extremely well-equipped, clean, the beds are truly comfortable, the pool was at a very nice temperature and has stairs for easy access, its garden is beautiful and Ivonne was attentive at all times... of course I would like to stay with them again

Abril is a very human person, super friendly and super attentive in absolutely everything. The communication on your part is spectacular. We were satisfied in its entirety and didn't want to go for the hospitality that felt in the house, we even stayed one more day as everything was perfect! Highly recommended. Of course we'll be back 👌

My stay was very comfortable. Communication was excellent and the place is quiet, beautiful and safe. In one of the rooms, although there was a fan, it made noise and felt some heat. Also, by the time, there were several insects. Even so, the atmosphere is so cozy that you feel at home.

The house is very nice and equipped with what you need. Finding the place is a little complicated initially and preferably you have to come by car as there are no things nearby.

The host was very kind to us, the place was beautiful and clean, my whole family enjoyed it very much and it was comfortable, it was also clean and they provided us with help and extra items to light the barbecue, I would rent it again without a doubt, it is worth it and it is 3 minutes from the Las Estacas and Santa Isabel spas.

Ale's accommodation is quite nice, comfortable and has everything you need to spend a few relaxed days. the terrace gives you a plus to spend a pleasant time. Ale is super friendly and responds very quickly. Highly recommended

Hector was always super attentive, the house is very well distributed and has an amazing view. His wife Gisela welcomed us with a delicious package, they had great service. I would definitely come back.

It’s a nice place and good value. When we arrived the bathroom (especially the toilet) was dirty. But we notified the hotel and they immediately attended and did a good prop cleaning. Otherwise, the place is nice. Very spacious. Well appointed with lots of nice conveniences. We enjoyed it there a lot and will definitely return.

It is a very quiet and relaxing place, ideal for enjoying the sun and the pleasant pool, accompanied by the hypnotic sound of cicadas. The kitchen has enough utensils to prepare something simple, and the fresh bread in the mornings is a nice touch. As suggestions: a more powerful fan (it was hot) and a microwave would be very useful. The tub is fine, although for adults it lacked depth due to its cut-out design, it worked well for a baby. It is also good for future guests to know that, because it is a more natural environment, it is possible to find some insects such as earwigs, spiders, ants or wasps, although they did not bother me personally. The green areas need more care; there are two nice pets, but their excrement in the garden is a problem. Considering the cost, it is a functional space to rest, but if you are looking for more luxury or are very sensitive to the presence of insects, there may be other options for a little more money.

Very pleasant stay, we had rainy season, we thought it would be difficult to get there but nothing like that, we went with our dog and our baby and we had a great time, very quiet. Breakfast is a plus. Everything is very clean, tidy, Diego and Brenda are always very friendly and attentive to anything. The stay is very safe. I loved it and I would come back thoughtlessly
