we had a fantastic stay at Bridge 12th! The place was clean, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The bed was cozy, the amenities were well thought out, and the space felt both welcoming and private. One of the highlights was the beautiful connection to nature—this place is perfect for animal lovers. The animals are clearly well looked after: there are 3 friendly cats, 2 lovely dogs, chickens, ducks, and fish in the pond. I was even lucky enough to spot a wild monkey passing by! The host Jolin were responsive, kind, and made check-in seamless. Jolin's father was also wonderful company—friendly and welcoming. The location was convenient yet peaceful, offering a refreshing escape from the city. we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Bridge 12th to anyone who enjoys comfort, animals, and the beauty of nature.

The homestay is located in a small community with mountain views in Hualien City. It is convenient for nearby Cisco University living functions. The higher the floor, the more distant the view. There is no elevator in the homestay, but if you need a small butler to help you carry your luggage, the little butler will come back to Hualien after reading a book outside the city. After returning, he will experience the slow time and natural scenery of Hualien again. He hopes to share the beauty of Hualien with his guests. The homestay owner has a lovely fox dog. He will welcome guests loudly when they enter the door. I hope guests will not be intimidated by her enthusiasm. You are also welcome to stay with furry children (please let the little housekeeper know first, some precautions need your cooperation, and we will build a friendly pet homestay together). 7-11, Family Mart about 3 mins on foot 10 mins walk to New Stylish Hardware Department Store, surrounded by affordable snacks loved by students (Heritage hall, Hsiang sushi, Chen Ji Yaoyu, Asahiya and Western food, Kyoyu Ramen, Jiuyuya, etc.). Neighboring attractions: By car 4 min - Sandy Water Land 8-12 mins - Hua Lian Railway Station, Keisei Temple (Japanese Temple Triple Heritage), Sakura Trail 15 mins - Dongdaemun Night Bazaar, Shuolin Trail, Seven Stars Pool, 48 Heights 20-25 mins - Chika Xuan Green Forest Park, Koi Pond, Emerald Valley, Fallen Feather Pine, Ocean Park 40 mins - Taroko National Park, Shimizu Cliffs, Clouds & Mountains The distance between the Hualien attractions and the attractions is relatively far. It is recommended to rent a car to play. The homestay has matching trip planning and motorcycle rental shop. Please ask the butler.

great view of the ocean from a smallish balcony, room was clean and comfy, the location is a bit isolated in term of shops and restaurants which makes it a quiet place to stay in, host was very friendly and helpful who also cooked good breakfasts!!!

Incredibly kind and communicative host with spotless accommodations. Good value in a beautiful area.

This is my second time staying at this place. Hosts are very friendly and offer a great number of activity options that can be done during the day. Accommodation is good. Nice and quiet. Convenient stores are within walking distances.
