The guest house is conveniently located right in front of the train station (<1min walk) and 7 mins away from the most breath taking view of the sea! The guest house is so uniquely cool, decorated with all the artsy surf merch you can imagine! The owner is also a surf coach so if you love surfing, this is the right place for you! The owner, Mr Huang, is the most hospitable, kindest and friendliest person ever! He invited us for a basketball game with his kids and I say that was one of my most memorable nights in Taiwan🇹🇼!

Absolutely awesome stay in an old house From the doorstep to the courtyard, the reception hall to the room, each is a thoughtful detail from the owner, and coming to the old house feels like traveling through time and space! Highly recommend this to anyone who wants to experience old culture in Tainan! The location is also very convenient Not suitable for group rambuncture, just quiet enjoy old time

The room was incredibly spacious and you immediately feel at home in the bed and breakfast. They are very strict about noise which is great so everyone can rest and the cats are very relaxed too. They made a vegetarian breakfast for me both days which was healthy, fresh, and delicious. The place is walking distance to many things as well.

great view of the ocean from a smallish balcony, room was clean and comfy, the location is a bit isolated in term of shops and restaurants which makes it a quiet place to stay in, host was very friendly and helpful who also cooked good breakfasts!!!

Thank you, the Host always responds and answers in a timely manner, giving us plenty of time to arrange. The accommodation experience was great. I was worried about the mosquitoes in the accommodation area, but I slept well this time. Just pay a little more attention when walking in the garden in the morning. The reception process was very warm, the curtains in the room were drawn to maintain privacy, and the air conditioning was turned on to welcome us!! Thank you ~ Supplement: It's really close to the convenience store ~ Bus stop and bicycle ubiek are not far away, only 2 stops by bus from Shalu train station, very convenient!! You can check the schedule first and pay attention to the bus dynamics ~

I had a wonderful stay! Cindy was absolutely lovely, very welcoming, and greeted us with a smile. The rooms were spacious, clean, and exactly as pictured. Everything we needed was provided, making the stay super comfortable. The location is also perfect, central and convenient for exploring the area. Highly recommend!

Knocking on the door and knocking on the hostel is very convenient. The transportation station will come out and walk within five minutes. It will arrive within five minutes. We also have 7-Eleven nearby. I felt that the landlord was very attentive to the business. We travel as a couple and had a lovely stay at Mia's Moonhouse. The house is quiet, very attractively furnished and well equipped with everything you need. The room is quiet and spacious enough for 2 people. The mattresses and pillows are very good! The gluten free breakfast is freshly prepared on request and is very varied, balanced and healthy. Price 200 NTD/ person. The kitchen is also well equipped and can be used by guests. Everything is very clean. Mia took a lot of time for us to show us the surf spots in the area and also had many other good tips for us. There is an outdoor shower and the possibility to dry wetsuits. Yoga equipment was provided free of charge. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the Moonhouse.

The two shops and cats are so cute that it matches the description.The host was very considerate and helped me attach an extra bed and refrigerator.

Large, clean rooms The environment is good and quiet. The host lady was kind and showed us another room type. Perfect for couples or the whole family to stay in a homestay👍🏻

Host was very thoughtful. Even made us breakfast. View upstairs was amazing. Big bed. Everything was perfect. Bathroom was clean. It would help if you knew mandarin, but as the host was very thoughtful it is not needed.

This guesthouse is excellent and the lady who runs it, 友嫂, is the most watm and hospitable host. She was very attentive to make sure I had what I needed. In the morning she made a wonderful breakfast and gave me a lot of good local advice. The bed and breakfast is in the countryside outside of the city and thus has a refreshing feel. They grow a lot of fruit here, and although it was out of season when I was there she managed to find some dragon fruit for me! The room was very clean and nice and comfortable. This was the most enjoyable stay of my entire trip around Taiwan.

This is a remarkable place and Susu is an amazing host. It is an ideal bed and breakfast - something that has become increasingly rare. Susu was very generous in her time and knowledge, welcoming me into her home and her admirable bookstore, introducing me to other interesting residents and travellers, and showing me around her lovely city. I would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend staying here.

A very perfect stay, the room is spacious and clean, the bed and pillows are very comfortable, the air conditioning is very cool, the water pressure in the bathroom is also very good, the soundproofing in the room is very good and you will not hear any noise, the host is also very warm and kind to help us deal with all the problems we encountered, the environment outside the room is also very comfortable, you can clearly see the very beautiful sea when you step on the soft grass

I had a wonderful experience staying at Chuan's place! The place was exactly as described. The host was incredibly welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed during my stay. The check-in process was smooth and the little touches, like the welcome basket, made it feel like a home away from home. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. I’ll definitely be back next time I'm in town!

Both homestay sisters are very nice and warmly recommend local places as well as good food! If you like the river view at night, you can ride a bicycle back to the residence every night, it's comfortable and you can use it as an exercise! The scenery of the residence is also beautiful and overall a comfortable stay!

She is a very sweet, kind and genuine person, her service can be equivalent to a butler service which surprised me greatly. She cooks, help you meditate, exchange stories, she is very approachable. They offer many surprises that I won’t spoil~rest assure time and money was very well spent on this stay~ I came out pleasant and satisfied with everything from the moment I first saw her till the very last day~
