Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Xitun District

Overall very nice placr n neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful. Car and van can only stopped outside the main road since there was a tiny space alleyway to the stay. Very responsive n friendly owner. Overall was nice ! Walking distance 5-10 minutes to Fengjia Nightmarket. 1 minute to coin laundry self-service. 5 minutes to nearest 7-11 and family mart. Overall really suits a group of 7-8 person:)

Seriously one of my best Airbnb experiences so far. If you can, try to get a stay over the weekend when Adam's Café is open, and the breakfast on Sunday is fantastic. Adam was a super nice host throughout our stay, and the room was very pleasant for a long stay (2 people for 1 month). Room and bathroom were regularly cleaned, the bed is very comfortable, and the location is also convenient to explore Taichung. If you like coffee, I'm sure you can enjoy this stay even more since Adam can explain a lot about coffee making (as well as places to visit!).

The place is very clean and very nice. A lot of space which made it easy to pack and unpack. Only thing to note (it is our fault) is that the room comes only with one bedroom unless you input 5 pax and above! Though the 1 bedroom could have fit us 4 just fine I was the only girl there and needed a room to myself. However KiKi did give us a discount when we requested for another room on account that we were students! She was also really responsive and helpful ^_^

Had about 5-week stay in this spacious 3-bedroom apartment, the host and hostess are both very responsive and accommodating. Interiors are clean, contemporary, and visually relaxing not overly decorated. It is a great place for a family to stay and feels like home. Most of all, the location is excellent where shops for everyday needs and public transportations are both within walking distance. Highly recommended and would definitely coming back.

It was a good stay - the apartment is quite big, isn't too loud (apart from the AC hum on the balcony, but at least its a uniform sound), feels pretty cozy, internet is ok (I think 50mbit, at least that's what I got via speedtest). The area is nice if you want to stay around the Fengchia night market, there's a bus stop next to the building, as well as a 7-11. There's unfortunately no subway in this district (maybe someday), but if you combine decent walking and Uber you should be able to get around to points of interest. Two things I didn't like, that could be easily solved. Towels - you get disposable towels that feel like a kitchen rag, it's not a great experience and also bad for the environment... had my own but had to use the disposable on the last day (to not pack a wet towel). You wash and change the linens anyway, why not do the same with normal towels? The other thing is a lack of night light - would be great to have a lamp near the bed, as the ceiling lamp is very bright.

Lee’s apartment is situated in a great location of Taichung, plenty of eateries, shopping. Lee was super proactive in messaging and super responsive when we had questions. The room was clean and convenient and we loved our stay!

The place includes three en-suite rooms with all commodities (towels shampoo, soap, toothpaste and brush). The location is great with metro, restaurants and shopping malls at walking distance. Everything was according the pictures. Finally, the host was very responsive and it was always easy to communicate with him.

Conveniently located, near the museum, lots of restaurants within a minute walk, also SOGO is across the street with small super market in level B1. Bus stops within 500 meters so it’s very easy to navigate the other parts of the city. Host is very responsible and easy to communicate 🥰

The AirBnB is just as described in the listing. Comfortably fit the 6 of us. Relatively close to Feng Chia Night Market. Overall, a great stay!

We stayed 5 days Pros: - very active and responsive host even if he has difficulty with English - complete amenities for the number of days we stayed and we didnt need to tell him - comfortable place and it is spacious - secure and accessible place and near fam mart and 7/11 - easy check in and check out Cons: - no bidet - no separate dryer for clothes - needs more instructions for using the AC heater and shower heater

Andy is a great host, super responsive & friendly. He met us in the evening & helped us with our luggage up the stairs. The apartment is at around 2.5 storeys - manageable if your group is generally mobile & ok to climb stairs (we had 3 adults & 2 children below 8). Kudos to Andy for the clean space with the necessities provided (great working aircons in both good sized bedrooms, slippers, single use toiletries, disposable cups, ample hot water), clean kettle (looked like it was totally new!), comfy beds. It was super comfortable for our party. We were literally a few steps to Fengjia night market, great location and we were totally not disturbed by any sounds/ noise. Suggestion that the living area could do with a fan or mini aircon - we had to leave the bedroom doors open for ventilation in the super cosy space. Also for guests, do bring your own full sized towel if preferred. Will recommend max 5 adults for this space. Wont hesitate to book again :)
