It is also very close to the Municipal Stadium of Chalkida and the KTEL. There are bank branches, barbecues, cafes and supermarkets within walking distance. "Avra" Bright and cozy place near the city center

The apartment is located in a central part of the city, with all kinds of shops around but mostly very close to organized beaches with beach bars and tavernas. The nearest is "Kourendi" (at a distance of 150 m.) Τhe Bus station is located 30 m. away from the building!
