Great building and apartment. Large truck garage. Perfect location close to the sea and shops. All wonderful and practical. We love the space and the beach. We will return soon.

Hosting was great!! Local very safe and Denise's family lives next door, you can leave everything open, no problem. My dogs loved the courtyard that is huge. I felt at home and we were very well received by Daniel

Vera and Rodrigo are the best host I have ever had. The apt is great, the bed and showers are great, it offers bedding, bath towels, towels for the pool, soap, liquid soap, cloths etc. The kitchen is very complete and also has coffee, sugar, sweetener, spices… the apto has everything, in the minimum details with notes and clear instructions… it has ice cream mineral water, chairs, umbrella, trolley, children's baldinho, fresbol.. It is close to Bassani square great for children and take a mate, a block and a half from the beach… quiet street, close to everything! The terrace of the apto eh wonderful to rest and also to hang the clothes, has two large poles! Vera always very friendly the check-in was early and we got in earlier, better check out even! We felt at home to arrive and already enjoy… I highly recommend this accommodation thanks Vera for the experience!

The convenience is great, with air-conditioning, a fan, cable TV with many channels, great internet... the place is very cozy and even has a washing machine and an air-conditioned cellar. In my case, the icing on the cake was the flexibility of check-in and check-out and Juan was extremely attentive and kind!! The condominium needs no comment, the infrastructure is great! Amazing townhouse facing the sea. What pleased us most was the space with the closed jacuzzi to enjoy cooler days as well. We loved everything!

Overall, we had a great stay. All our expectations were met. The proximity to the beach, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and various commercial stores can be reached without a vehicle, which I think is fundamental. So, going to Capão, we have a great reference.
