Vacation rentals with a pool in Xàbia

Una casa preciosa, super cómoda y super bien equipada. Muy amables las dueñas! Sin duda repetiremos!!

We had an amazing week at Patricia’s villa . She was there to greet us when we arrived . She is so friendly & gave us lots of useful information. The villa is beautiful & spotless . It’s perfect for families with little ones as there is a gate to the pool area. We had a three & one year old with our family group & they enjoyed it as much as the grown ups . So many toys for them ! The outside kitchen & bbq were perfect for evenings in . Xàbia old town is so close to walk to ( 10 mins) & the beach not too far (about 25mins ). We ate twice at the market in the old town & all the food was delicious. We hired cars so were able to go to other places but Xàbia is lovely with lots of great places to eat so you could manage without hiring a car. We also ordered online shopping to arrive Sat from Mercadona ( I saw on another review someone had done this ) which was very handy . It is just a perfect place to stay & we would definitely go back .

Everything is just perfect: the house, location and the host. We stayed with our two daughters of 1 and 3, and had a great time. Everything that you need is there, the kids loved the toys and outside spaces (including the pool), and the beach and restaurants are a couple of minutes away. We have been to many Airbnbs, but almost none like this one. Will try to get back whenever we can.

Das Haus ist bezaubernd! mit schöne Aussicht, wir konnten unser Aufenthalt vollumfänglich geniessen. Neil und Adam waren jederzeit erreichbar. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen.

Fantastic place, well worth booking especially when you see the sunrise from your private terrace. Arturo was so kind and helpful, easy direct instructions to find the place and suggestions of where to go were brilliant. He was so responsive and welcoming, made the whole thing so easy and enjoyable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend anyone, friends or family to stay here it’s absolutely wonderful. We’ll be back!

Die Lage ist traumhaft! Morgens den ersten Kaffee mit freiem Blick auf den Sonnenaufgang über dem Meer zu genießen ist nicht zu übertreffen. Mit wenigen Schritten ist man im Meer was auch wunderbar ist. Einziger Wermutstropfen war, das diese tolle und frei zugängliche Lage auch sehr viele andere genießen wollten und das auch bis spät in die Nacht. Da wir sehr gerne spazieren, konnten wir alles in Xabia von diesem Haus aus zu Fuß erreichen. Seit Jahren ist das Aqua am Strand unser Lieblingsrestaurant, was gerade einmal 15 Minuten entfernt ist. Das Haus selbst ist herrlich traditionell und steht damit im hervorragendem Kontrast zu den vielen Wohnungen und Häuser auf AirBnB, die extra für eine Vermietung eingerichtet wurden sind. Allerdings sind die Bilder schon etwas älter und an der einen oder anderen Stelle wären Instandsetzungsarbeiten sinnvoll. Aber alles zusammen betrachtet hatten wir eine wunderbare Zeit und kommen gerne wieder! Danke Dir Teresa für ein paar wundervolle Tage.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche mit der Familie in Wims Villa. Ein wunderschönes Haus und der beheizte Pool war großartig. Wim war jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Spacious villa, perfect for our family. Had everything we need. Kitchen is well equipped, 2 large bathrooms and all the rooms are a great size. We loved the outside space, especially being overlooked by Montgó and the pool area is stunning. Location is great, 10 minutes to the beach, 20 minutes to Dénia and a great central location to explore the area.

We really enjoyed our stay. The garden and pool area was beautiful; the patio walkways were very clean so we could walk without shoes, and our room was comfortable. The AC worked very well and the shower had great water pressure. Ramona and Ivo were very hospitable and responsive to our messages but very respectful of our space and privacy during our stay. We would come again.

We had a lovely stay at Francisco's place. He kindly arranged for us to check in early due to our arrival time, he was very responsive and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is gorgeous, the view is breathtaking, it's very peaceful and has everything you need. There are a few nice bars/restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance and the old town isn't far if you like a longer walk and a bit more going on. We were very happy just enjoying the peaceful, quiet area 🙂 The shared pool is a great size and we had it to ourselves quite often!

Prachtig verblijf om tot rust te komen en toch dichtbij allerlei mooie locaties (zandstrand in Calpe, de authentieke stad Althea, dichtbij het bruisende Benidorm). Jorge reageerde altijd binnen het uur en dacht meteen mee als we ergens een probleem ondervonden. Wel interessant om mee te delen is dat er stilte werd gevraagd aan het zwembad tussen 14u en 17u in de namiddag. We losten dit op door naar het keienstrand te gaan aan het hotel, of naar het strand in Calpe te gaan op slechts 10 minuten rijden. Topvakantie gehad met onze twee kindjes!

Chris was a very helpful host - flexible with check-ins and check-outs to accommodate our travel plan, and helped with recommending taxis/drivers where needed. The flat was clean, with two nice options for balconies and a good selection of pots/pans etc for those wanting to self-cater. The pool is shared between the residents in the block who were all very polite but it was great. Denia has some lovely things to offer and beaches, old town, restaurants, supermarkets are all walkable - the closest beach is all of 2 minute walk. Would recommend walking around the nearby port which has a selection of vibrant restaurants and cocktail bars. We went in June and the weather was really good so no complaints and the trip met our expectations!

This was our second time staying at Patricia's apartment and everything was perfect! We bought the grandparents this time so there were 6 of us and the apartment still felt spacious. The balcony is brilliant, a real sun trap and the kids loved the hot tub! The pool was great, although freezing this time of year but that didn't stop the kids jumping in. We had the whole pool to ourselves all week, amazing! The apartment is a short walk to the sandy beach where there are LOADS of bars and restaurants, so no car needed! We will be booking again for next year!

Nuestra estancia en la casa de Vladi en Jávea ha sido excelente. La casa estaba muy bien equipada y ubicada, ideal para unos días de descanso. Vladi ha sido un anfitrión de 10: siempre amable, atento y dispuesto a ayudar. Respondía muy rápido a cualquier duda y se aseguraba de que todo estuviera perfecto. ¡Repetiríamos sin dudarlo!

Prestation, propreté, qualité des équipements et vue incroyable ! Tout y était pour passer un séjour exceptionnel. Merci également pour votre flexibilité 🙂 Nous reviendrons !

El apartamento era tal cual las fotos, precioso, limpio e incluía todo lo necesarios para pasar unos días de vacaciones, además de detalles extras por parte de la anfitriona. La cual estuvo muy pendiente de nosotras desde el día uno, permitiéndonos un horario flexible, y siendo de lo más agradable y atenta. Sin duda si alguna vez vuelvo a Jávea volvería a este apartamento y sobre todo con esta anfitriona.

Het uitzicht van Vista Panorama is geweldig. Het was ontzettend mooi om elke avond de zonsondergang over de baai te zien. Het huis ligt hoog op een heuvel en met de auto is het was smalle straatjes door. Maar de infrastructuur is goed en dit was goed te doen. Je kunt parkeren op het terrein, maar ook in de straat (die doodloopt) kun je goed parkeren. Het huis is zoals beschreven met ruime en lichte kamers en prima bedden. Je kunt hier goed met 8 personen overnachten, je kunt al je spullen goed kwijt en er is zelfs ruimte over in de kamers. De keuken is wat verouderd en de vaatwasser werkt niet volledig naar behoren, maar verder is alles echt prima. Zelf hadden we wat problemen met de wifi, maar toen we de beheerder hierover een bericht deden kwam er binnen een paar uur iemand om het op te lossen. De beheerder was zeer goed bereikbaar. Kortom, we hebben genoten van ons verblijf bij Vista Panorama en ik zou het aanraden!

We spent a week in this wonderful vila which is located in the best part of Moraira, just a few minutes from El Portet beach. The vila itself is very well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The pool and outdoor space is very well designed so you can spend whole day outside Carmen and Rafa are very friendly and polite hosts who are taking extra mile for their guests! We would highly recommend this place for all travellers!

Logement magnifique, communication avant et sur place très simple. Les seuls petits points négatifs, beaucoup de fourmis un peu partout dans la maison, et climatisation à l’étage, dans la chambre principale, qui ne fonctionne pas bien. A recommander

Mooi huis, in een prachtige rustige buurt. Wel een auto nodig, maar die kun je prima achter het automatische hek parkeren. Goede bedden, in de keuken is alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt en meer. Het zwembad is heerlijk, alleen niet verwarmd. Goed te weten als je in de winter komt. We hebben genoten en hopen nog eens terug te komen!

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Die Wohnung entsprach den Bildern, der kleine Pool zum erfrischen war toll. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes von 11 Tagen einmal gereinigt. Der Fußweg bis Denia in die Stadt war mit 45 Minuten weiter als wir uns das vorgestellt hatten. Vielen Dank an Maria, sie war jederzeit erreichbar, die Kommunikation war super und wir wurden mit Obst aus dem eigenen Garten verwöhnt.

Het is een fantastische huis groot en heerlijk zwembad. Er zijn ook minpunten vieze kussens en dekbedden en sommige keuken gerei waren ook aan iets nieuws toe. Heel jammer voor z’n prachtig huis dan zou je denken dat alles in de puntjes verzorgd is.Misschien een hint om even naar te kijken 👀 Groetjes Janko Mady en Ria en Ron

Great villa which is really well looked after and fantastically appointed.

Beautiful villa suitable for a family of 6. The well taken care of house was spotless on arrival, as well as the garden. Everything you need for cooking is available in the kitchen, and there was a welcome box in the kitchen to get you started. The house have a beautiful mountain view and a great pool with stair for easy access. There is a dining table on the bottom floor, facing the pool where you can enjoy your meals. All rooms have air conditioning. The interhome team in Denia were super helpful at check in and also when we needed support during the stay!
