Vacation rentals with a pool in Xàbia

A beautiful house, super comfortable and super well equipped. The owners are very kind! We will definitely repeat!!

We had an amazing week at Patricia’s villa . She was there to greet us when we arrived . She is so friendly & gave us lots of useful information. The villa is beautiful & spotless . It’s perfect for families with little ones as there is a gate to the pool area. We had a three & one year old with our family group & they enjoyed it as much as the grown ups . So many toys for them ! The outside kitchen & bbq were perfect for evenings in . Xàbia old town is so close to walk to ( 10 mins) & the beach not too far (about 25mins ). We ate twice at the market in the old town & all the food was delicious. We hired cars so were able to go to other places but Xàbia is lovely with lots of great places to eat so you could manage without hiring a car. We also ordered online shopping to arrive Sat from Mercadona ( I saw on another review someone had done this ) which was very handy . It is just a perfect place to stay & we would definitely go back .

Everything is just perfect: the house, location and the host. We stayed with our two daughters of 1 and 3, and had a great time. Everything that you need is there, the kids loved the toys and outside spaces (including the pool), and the beach and restaurants are a couple of minutes away. We have been to many Airbnbs, but almost none like this one. Will try to get back whenever we can.

A lovely place high up the mountain with a view onto Javea Valley. Adam and Neil were very helpful - also guiding us to the location itself. Recommended place to stay for Javea.

Fantastic place, well worth booking especially when you see the sunrise from your private terrace. Arturo was so kind and helpful, easy direct instructions to find the place and suggestions of where to go were brilliant. He was so responsive and welcoming, made the whole thing so easy and enjoyable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend anyone, friends or family to stay here it’s absolutely wonderful. We’ll be back!

The location is fantastic! Enjoying the first coffee in the morning with an unobstructed view of the sunrise over the sea is unbeatable. With a few steps you are in the sea, which is also wonderful. The only downside was that many others also wanted to enjoy this great and freely accessible location, and that also until late at night. Since we love to walk, we could walk to everything in Xabia from this house. For years, the Aqua on the beach has been our favorite restaurant, which is just 15 minutes away. The house itself is wonderfully traditional and thus stands in excellent contrast to the many apartments and houses on AirBnB that have been specially furnished for rent. However, the pictures are a bit older and in one place or another, repair work would be useful. But all in all, we had a wonderful time and would be happy to come back! Thank you Teresa for a wonderful few days.

We've had a very nice stay at Wim's place. The house is lovely and Wim responded quickly to the questions we had along the way. We were two families with children and the house was a good fit for us. Quiet neighborhood.

Spacious villa, perfect for our family. Had everything we need. Kitchen is well equipped, 2 large bathrooms and all the rooms are a great size. We loved the outside space, especially being overlooked by Montgó and the pool area is stunning. Location is great, 10 minutes to the beach, 20 minutes to Dénia and a great central location to explore the area.

We really enjoyed our stay. The garden and pool area was beautiful; the patio walkways were very clean so we could walk without shoes, and our room was comfortable. The AC worked very well and the shower had great water pressure. Ramona and Ivo were very hospitable and responsive to our messages but very respectful of our space and privacy during our stay. We would come again.

We had a lovely stay at Francisco's place. He kindly arranged for us to check in early due to our arrival time, he was very responsive and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is gorgeous, the view is breathtaking, it's very peaceful and has everything you need. There are a few nice bars/restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance and the old town isn't far if you like a longer walk and a bit more going on. We were very happy just enjoying the peaceful, quiet area 🙂 The shared pool is a great size and we had it to ourselves quite often!

Beautiful accommodation to relax and yet close to all kinds of beautiful locations (sandy beach in Calpe, the authentic city of Althea, close to the bustling Benidorm). Jorge always responded within the hour and immediately thought along with us if we encountered a problem somewhere. It is interesting to note that silence was requested at the swimming pool between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. in the afternoon. We solved this by going to the pebble beach at the hotel, or going to the beach in Calpe just 10 minutes away by car. Had a great vacation with our two kids!

Chris was a very helpful host - flexible with check-ins and check-outs to accommodate our travel plan, and helped with recommending taxis/drivers where needed. The flat was clean, with two nice options for balconies and a good selection of pots/pans etc for those wanting to self-cater. The pool is shared between the residents in the block who were all very polite but it was great. Denia has some lovely things to offer and beaches, old town, restaurants, supermarkets are all walkable - the closest beach is all of 2 minute walk. Would recommend walking around the nearby port which has a selection of vibrant restaurants and cocktail bars. We went in June and the weather was really good so no complaints and the trip met our expectations!

This was our second time staying at Patricia's apartment and everything was perfect! We bought the grandparents this time so there were 6 of us and the apartment still felt spacious. The balcony is brilliant, a real sun trap and the kids loved the hot tub! The pool was great, although freezing this time of year but that didn't stop the kids jumping in. We had the whole pool to ourselves all week, amazing! The apartment is a short walk to the sandy beach where there are LOADS of bars and restaurants, so no car needed! We will be booking again for next year!

Our stay at Vladi's house in Jávea was excellent. The house was very well equipped and located, ideal for a few days of rest. Vladi was a 10-star host: always friendly, attentive and willing to help. He responded very quickly to any questions and made sure everything was perfect. We would repeat without hesitation!

Service, cleanliness, quality of amenities and incredible views! Everything was there for an exceptional stay. Thank you also for your flexibility 🙂 We will be back!

The apartment was just like the photos, beautiful, clean and included everything you need to spend a few days on vacation, as well as extra details from the host. She was very attentive to us from day one, allowing us a flexible schedule, and being very pleasant and attentive. If I ever go back to Jávea, I would definitely go back to this apartment and especially with this host.

The view from Vista Panorama is amazing. It was incredibly beautiful to see the sunset over the bay every evening. The house is high on a hill and by car it is through narrow streets. But the infrastructure is good and this was easy to do. You can park on the premises, but you can also park well in the street (which is a dead end). The house is as described with spacious and bright rooms and excellent beds. You can easily stay here with 8 people, you can easily store all your things and there is even space left in the rooms. The kitchen is a bit outdated and the dishwasher does not work properly, but otherwise everything is really fine. We had some problems with the wifi ourselves, but when we notified the manager about this, someone came to fix it within a few hours. The manager was very easily accessible. In short, we enjoyed our stay at Vista Panorama and I would recommend it!

We spent a week in this wonderful vila which is located in the best part of Moraira, just a few minutes from El Portet beach. The vila itself is very well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The pool and outdoor space is very well designed so you can spend whole day outside Carmen and Rafa are very friendly and polite hosts who are taking extra mile for their guests! We would highly recommend this place for all travellers!

Beautiful accommodation, very simple communication before and on site. The only small negative points, lots of ants all over the house, and air conditioning upstairs, in the master bedroom, which does not work well. Recommended

Beautiful house, in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. Do need a car, but you can easily park it behind the automatic gate. Good beds, in the kitchen there is everything you need and more. The pool is wonderful, just not heated. Good to know if you come in winter. We enjoyed it and hope to come back back again!

We had a lovely time. The apartment matched the pictures, the small pool to refresh was great. Everything you could ever need is available in the apartment. The apartment was very clean and was cleaned once during our stay of 11 days. The walk to Denia into town was 45 minutes further than we had in mind. Many thanks to Maria, she was always available, the communication was great and we were spoiled with fruit from her own garden.

It is a fantastic house large and lovely swimming pool. There are also downsides dirty pillows and duvets and some kitchen utensils were also in need of something new. Very unfortunate for his beautiful house, you would think that everything is taken care of to the last detail. Maybe a hint to take a look 👀 Greetings Janko Mady and Ria and Ron

Great villa which is really well looked after and fantastically appointed.

Beautiful villa suitable for a family of 6. The well taken care of house was spotless on arrival, as well as the garden. Everything you need for cooking is available in the kitchen, and there was a welcome box in the kitchen to get you started. The house have a beautiful mountain view and a great pool with stair for easy access. There is a dining table on the bottom floor, facing the pool where you can enjoy your meals. All rooms have air conditioning. The interhome team in Denia were super helpful at check in and also when we needed support during the stay!
