A nossa estadia na casa Cervantes foi absolutamente fantástica! A casa é tal como nas fotos, bastante grande, e com tudo o que precisa para uma estadia maravilhosa. A casa fica mesmo no centro da cidade, com muitos restaurantes, lojas e ruas bem interessantes. A praia fica a uns quilometros, sendo que pode ir de carro ou nas bicicletas disponiveis na casa. Para finalizar a nossa estadia, Inge foi uma anfitriã perfeita, super amigavél e disponivel. Já estamos com saudades! E prometemos que voltaremos. Muito obrigada!!

Wat een leuk huis! Met oog voor detail ingericht en van alles voorzien. Vooral de slaapkamer op de bovenste verdieping was licht en sfeervol. En hoewel zonder uitzicht, was het balkon daar erg fijn om er s'ochtends te ontbijten en toch dat buitengevoel te krijgen. Perfect gelegen in het oude centrum met de gezellige smalle straatjes en fijne restaurants. Gratis parkeerplaats op 5 minuten afstand lopen (in mei hadden wij altijd plek), maar ook de mogelijkheid om je auto even dichtbij op het pleintje te parkeren om snel in- en uit te laden. Er waren zelfs 2 fietsen beschikbaar toen wij er waren. Monica reageerde altijd supersnel op vragen, ook heel fijn. Wij hebben het hier erg naar ons zin gehad en zouden zo weer terugkomen!

Una de las mejores casas que hemos estado. Ricardo tiene una casa muy bonita, siempre pendiente por si nos faltaba algo y buena comunicación. Disfrutamos mucho de su piscina. Repetiríamos sin duda

Heerlijk huis met prachtig verzorgde tuin en fijn zwembad. Mooi ingericht en het ademde rust uit. Heerlijke plek om te verblijven met ons gezin. Het zit niet op loopafstand van restaurants, maar die zijn met de auto binnen 10min te bereiken. De bedden zijn goed en het is er heel rustig.

We had the most fantastic 4-night stay at Manol’s beautiful retreat. It truly felt like a hidden gem—peaceful and private, yet just a short drive to explore nearby towns and beaches. Manol was the perfect host, always ready with excellent recommendations—from scenic hikes to the stunning coves at Cala Moraig and Cala Llebeig, to incredible running trails around Xàbia, Moraira, and Les Bassetes. The facilities were top-notch, and we made the most of the outdoor space by BBQing amazing local meat and fish every evening. With a great walkable supermarket nearby and everything you need at your fingertips, this place is the ultimate couples’ reset and detox destination. We left feeling completely recharged—and we absolutely can’t wait to return!

Pasamos un fin de semana perfecto, la casa es maravillosa, unas vistas increíbles y acceso directo al mar. Teresa nos lo puso todo muy fácil y cómodo, estuvo muy atenta.

El alojamiento es igual que en las fotos. Está ubicado en las montañas y es súper tranquilo, además las vistas son preciosas y es un sitio perfecto si lo que buscas es relajarte y desconectar. Víctor ha sido un anfitrión maravilloso y ha estado todo el tiempo disponible, nos ha recomendado un montón de sitio y ha sido muy atento. En definitiva, es un alojamiento que recomendaría sin dudas a todos aquellos que busquen unas vacaciones tranquilas pero con la opción de hacer planes interesantes como visitar calas o pueblos.

Spacious villa, perfect for our family. Had everything we need. Kitchen is well equipped, 2 large bathrooms and all the rooms are a great size. We loved the outside space, especially being overlooked by Montgó and the pool area is stunning. Location is great, 10 minutes to the beach, 20 minutes to Dénia and a great central location to explore the area.

Marisa was very helpful and friendly. The apartment is charming and feels like a home. I am looking forward to staying again.

This is a beautiful apartment and you can’t fault the location. Equally close to the port and the beach and with access to the sea right on the doorstep. The nautical theme of the apartment was a nice feature and Kiek was a fabulous host. Very highly recommend!

Ha sido un placer alojarse en el apartamento de Elke y Anton, la casa tiene todas las comodidades para disfrutar al máximo de la estancia, han estado muy atentos desde el primer momento. Seguro repetimos!

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in der Casa Lola. Cat und Adam haben alles mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet. Sogar die wenigen Hausregeln waren kreativ und liebevoll in selbst gemalten Bildern dargestellt. Es war sehr sauber und die Umgebung war wunderschön. Cat und Adam sind sehr freundlich und wenn unser Englisch etwas besser wäre, hätten wir gerne noch mehr mit ihnen gesprochen. Wir können die Casa Lola zu 100% weiterempfehlen und haben nichts zu bemängeln. Wir hoffen, man sieht sich noch ein zweites Mal.

Das Apartment ist genauso wie auf den Bildern dargestellt, wunderschöner Essplatz mit seitl. Meerblick. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Wohnung war super sauber und mit allen wichtigen Dingen ausgestattet. Wir konnten den Urlaub wirklich genießen.

Een topappartement gelegen op een fantastische locatie met een heerlijk zwembad. De host is zeer vriendelijk en heeft duidelijk goed nagedacht over de juiste spullen bij verblijf. We denken er met veel genoegen aan terug: een aanrader!

It was are second stay at Laura’s lovely apartment a short walk away from The Arenal. The apartment is in great quiet location but very close to restaurants and the beach. Highly recommend staying here.

Die Kommunikation mit Murielle ist zu jeder Zeit einfach gewesen. Sie hat schnell auf meine Anfragen reagiert und hat sich auch regelmäßig nach dem Wohlerfinden erkundigt. Außerdem hat sie uns viele Tipps für Unternehmungen, Restaurants etc gegeben. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, top ausgestattet und sehr angenehm eingerichtet gewesen. So wie auch auf den Bilden zu sehen. Die Wohnung an sich liegt etwas abseits vom Geschehen. 15 min Fußweg zur Promenade, zur Altstadt und zum Hafen ist es ein ordentlicher Spaziergang. Direkt um die Ecke gibt es einen gut ausgestatteten Supermarkt. Ich bin rundum zufrieden gewesen mit der Wohnung und der gebotenen Gastfreundschaft.

Prachtig verblijf om tot rust te komen en toch dichtbij allerlei mooie locaties (zandstrand in Calpe, de authentieke stad Althea, dichtbij het bruisende Benidorm). Jorge reageerde altijd binnen het uur en dacht meteen mee als we ergens een probleem ondervonden. Wel interessant om mee te delen is dat er stilte werd gevraagd aan het zwembad tussen 14u en 17u in de namiddag. We losten dit op door naar het keienstrand te gaan aan het hotel, of naar het strand in Calpe te gaan op slechts 10 minuten rijden. Topvakantie gehad met onze twee kindjes!

We stayed for 5 nights and had a wonderful time, Christian's place is a home from home, perfect for two people and in a lovely peaceful residential area tucked away up a road leading directly to the beach which was really beautiful with clean water to swim in daily, we enjoyed the two terraces one offering sea views and the other gorgeous mountain and pool views, restaurants close by were delicious and walks along the pier too to the port were incredibly accessible, had a great time, thanks so much Christian

Great location between l’Arenal beach and the port. 10-15mins walk to either, both of which have lovely restaurants and shops. Apartment was clean and the balcony was impressive (dining, relaxed seating & hot tub for 2 people). Lots of parking available and great kitchen facilities (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave). Arrival instructions were clear. Note €10 cash required for 8pm-midnight arrival or €30 midnight-9am. Communal pool looked lovely but was too cold to use at the time of year we visited (May). As others have mentioned, the apartment looks out onto a fairly sizeable road which didn’t bother us in the main (you get the odd loud moped). Overall a great stay and great communication from Patricia.

A really nice studio-style apartment with a large terrace overlooking the gardens. The perfect place for a peaceful stay with the luxury of having a large pool on site. Very quiet at the time we were there which made it feel like we had the place to ourselves, and the few owner-occupiers we did meet were lovely. Car necessary to get around the area conveniently, but the apartment is centrally located between Denia and Javea with the village of Jesus Pobre and it's number of very nice local restaurants a 3-minute drive away. Would definitely stay again when in the area. Thank you, Vicente.

Wow, what pleasant stay we had. This apartament is exactly like the pictures, even better because you can hear the waves from the bedroom which contributes to the whole relaxed environment. Gonzalo and his family were very responsive, Jose provided very useful tips for visiting Villajoyosa. We were a family of 4 traveling with 2 kids and we felt like home in this apartment. I would book it again in a heartbit. Thanks Gonzalo and family for your hospitality!

Great place to stay for us. Loved the apartment and we were very comfortable. Everything good quality and working perfectly. Enjoyed the balcony and the pool - so lovely and quiet at the time we visited. Super location close to the beach via short walk along marina/canal. We didn't have a car, but if we had, parking would have been easy. Javea is a lovely town, and we enjoyed visiting the port as well as the beach. VincenteyPatri were very helpful and responsive, communication before and during our stay was always prompt, with offers to help and the information booklet in the apartment was super - full instructions for everything, plus lots of recommendations for restaurants and beaches. We had a wonderful experience, thanks in large part to our gracious host, Rosa, who was so accommodating. The property's location is ideal for anyone looking to explore the area, with a fantastic selection of shops, restaurants, and bars within easy walking distance. The convenience of ample parking was a real plus. It's also a perfect base for outdoor lovers, with many great walking trails nearby. Being able to return from a hike and relax by the swimming pool was a true luxury, and the air conditioning was a welcome comfort. We couldn't have asked for a better place!
