Atelier-Wohnung am Fuße d. Wartburg

Ganzes, unabhängiges Atelier, 52 qm, mit gut ausgestatteter, integrierter Küche, Flur und Bad. Die Lage ist ideal, wenn man Eisenach, die Wartburg oder auch die Wandermöglichkeiten zu Fuß erkunden möchte. (Bachhaus Museum, Markt u. Lutherhaus 10-15 Min., Wartburg: ca.35Min. (Waldweg), Bahnhof: ca.15 Min. Wandern: Direkt hinter dem Haus beginnt der Wald und viele Wandermöglichkeiten in nächster Nähe. Ich gebe gerne Tipps und Infomaterial. Die Fenster des Ateliers gehen zum Hof, der zum Teil begrünt, zum (großen) Teil als Parkplatz dient. Verschiedene Restaurants und Cafés liegen auf dem Weg zur nahegelegenen Innenstadt (in etwa 6-10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen). Das umgebende Südviertel ist die bevorzugte Wohnlage Eisenachs und alleine wegen seiner vielen Jugendstil-Villen sehenswert. Im Winter ist der historische Weihnachtsmarkt auf der Wartburg ein besonderes Erlebnis (an allen Wochenenden im Advent). Ist der nahegelegene Prinzenteich ( 2Min. ) zugefroren, wird er von Klein und Groß zum Schlittschuhlaufen besucht! Das Atelier ( non-smoking), das aus einem großen Raum mit integrierter Küche besteht, bietet auf einem bequemen Schlafsofa Platz für 2 Personen (1,40m x 2,00m). Da immer wieder Anfragen kommen, besteht nun die Möglichkeit eines 3. Schlafplatzes auf einer Gästematratze. Kaffee und verschiedene Sorten Tee stehen frei zur Verfügung. Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Fön sind vorhanden. Ausserdem selbstverständlich: Spülutensilien/Geschirrtuch, Toilettenpapier, Seife, Shampoo/Duschbad. Gästen, die mit dem Auto anreisen, steht ein privater Parkplatz direkt vor dem Eingang zur Verfügung. Notice: actually the studio is not available on wednesdays, (arrival wednesday-evening is sometimes possible). Exception: school-holidays. Hinweis: mit Ausnahme der Thüringer Schulferien und Feiertage wird das Atelier mittwochs von 16-18 Uhr nicht zur Verfügung stehen. Sollte euer Aufenthalt einen Mittwoch umfassen, bekommt ihr ein leckeres Frühstück als kleine Entschädigung. Teilt mir einfach euren Wunschtag dafür vor der Anreise mit.

Eisenach und Rennsteig innerhalb von 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Regional-Bahnstation Wutha ist fußläufig in 15 Minuten Die Wohnung kann auch über einen längeren Zeitraum von Studenten, Pendlern oder Monteuren gemietet werden. Die Wohnung ist mit Schreibtisch und extra W-Lan Router ausgestattet.

Sie ist wirklich total zuvorkommend und hat uns sofern wir etwas Hilfe mit dem WLAN oder Ratschläge für die Umgebungserkundung brauchten, zur Seite gestanden. Ich kann das Airbnb für Menschen, die eine Auszeit in der Natur brauchen nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Super Aufenthalt bei Franziska! Das Bungalow ist wirklich toll – perfekt für uns zwei. Die kleine Terrasse ist angenehm, gut gelegen, und der Pool ist außerdem super. Das Bungalow war sehr sauber und schön dekoriert. Perfekt für einen Kurzurlaub. Danke für alles, wir kommen gerne wieder !

Superschön gelegenes und sehr modernes Haus. Ein traumhafter Ausblick vom Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer aus. Die Umgebung ist angenehm ruhig. Die Betreuung ist klasse - es wird sofort geholfen. Sehr angenehm auch, frische Blumen und guter Wein zur Begrüßung. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank!

Eine großartige Unterkunft mit bester Lage. Den Feierabend haben wir sehr genossen und hatten dabei einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Wartburg. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein kleiner Mangel wurde sofort behoben, damit wir und auch die nachfolgenden Gäste eine tolle Unterkunft vorfinden können. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

This is our 5th property on our current trip they have all been very good to excellent but this house stands head and shoulders above them all It is a truly tranquil haven for a perfect walking holiday. There is ready access to pristine forest directly from the rear garden, peaceful balconies with views, a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds whatore could one ask for? Eisenach is a revelation to us with so many beautiful walking trails and excellent restaurants. We didnt visit the museums as 6 days didnt give us enough spare time - a long walk, coffee and cake filled the day! Im not sure we will ever retyrn to Thuringia. However if we get that chance we will try to stay here.

Für uns hat diese Unterkunft genau gepasst. Von hier konnten wir unsere Touren zur Wartburg, Drachenschlucht, nach Erfurt und in südlicher Richtung ins Lauchatal zum Klettern sehr gut durchführen. Hat alles gut gepasst. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber!!
